They are a legit company but will offer high and then low ball you 1 day before closing

Hi, if we already have a realtor, how we make a consultation to you? how that works with them?

Answer:

We work with local agents in each of our markets to help them provide clients with additional options to buy and sell a home. We even offer agents an industry-high 3% referral fee when their clients sell through Offerpad. Question:

What fees does the seller have to pay? if you offered me $200,000, how much money would i get in my pocket at closing?

Answer:

They take 6% off of the offer and after they do their inspections plan on getting low balled the day before closing. They have a reputation for this bait and switch tactic!
