You will not get a ticket from one travel, or most other online sites. You should have received a reservation code with the email confirming your ticket purchase. That email has a code but it won't work to access the airline itself. You just print the email out and take that to the airline. I would call the airline directly and confirm your ticket is booked. I've booked quite a few flights from One Travel, and while there are some issues, the prices are great and I've never had a problem getting on my flights.

I don't think you get a physical ticket when you book online. You should get an Email or see a confirmation number on your purchase order. Print that off and take that to the airport. You can also contact onetravel.com customer service for assistance, and/or contact the airline to make sure you are in the system, but if you purchased from onetravel, the airline will need the confirmation number. If the airline can't find you in the system, you need to contact onetravel and get them talking to the airline to find out what your confirmation code (or booking code) is... you will need that code online with your airline when you try to reserve a specific seat for your flight. Nightmare I know... my recommendation is to book directly with the airline or through the airline's website, or their the airline's toll-free number, if you're having troubles online.

Did you get your tickets for your March 25 flight? If you haven't you better talk to your credit card company and try to initiate a charge back on the tickets. If you did get them you should post that as well so we know they are legitimate...
