Call 1-866-429-1828 for a refund! Won't refund $3.99 processing fee, though.
Was just about to pay for my license reinstatement online from drivers - tips com but saw about this website are these the same websites?
Why was I charged $19.99? I bought the ebook...by mistake as many have stated here. So what is the extra charge for? Total scam as all are saying.
