Their customer service is HORRIBLE! They never reply to email inquiries but are sure fast to take your money. It's been 2 weeks now and no shoes yet. How much longer? As Meghan said "the promise of online tracking failed to deliver". At least Meghan got shoes that although they don[t fit, they could be re-sold on ebay.
