I already had my doubts when I visited the website, but they were the only site that had the particular shoes that I wanted, so I decided to give it a try.
Found three pairs that I loved, but ordered only one pair to see how things would go. I could always order the others if the delivery went well.
Long story short: this site is definitely a scam. I ordered the shoes over a month ago (on April 4th 2011), their contact form doesn't even work and the mails I sent directly to *******@onlypuma.com are just ignored (no reply to any of them in a few weeks).
My money is gone, don't order from this site.
I ordered a pair of puma shoes on 1/15/11.2 weeks later still no shoes, no replies to my e-mail inquiries, no tracking number emailed to me yet either and now i can't get my money back because they never answer my emails for them to cancel my order and send me back my money. $65.00 down the drain.
Last Saturday (21th May) I bought on onlypuma.com a shoes and after read this reviews I was afraid (even I contact my bank to cancel the transfer), but I realise that today (27th May) I received my shoes. The right model and size. There were quick and free delivering. Maybe I was lucky. Other people was not so lucky. One other thing when I tough that was a scam I try to contact onlypuma.com with emails to cancel but they were rejected. Maybe this can be a problem when you want to return items.
The website itself was nothing out of the ordinary, however the promise of online tracking failed to deliver. Although dubious of the quality of the product, I decided to purchase as they were the only company that seemed to have the particular style of shoe I was after.
After placing an order for a pair of shoes, I was advised they were out of stock and should pick another. I quickly acted on this request as it was a gift, after asking if they could hurry the order I was told to wait.
To their credit the shoes only arrived 1 day later than anticipated, unfortunately they didn't fit. Having confidence in their promise of an exchange option I have emailed and submitted web feedback forms on at least 5 separate occassions asking them to advise on the exchange process. There has been no response - it seems this company was happy to take my money and run, with no thought to return business.
I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit, that are of dubious authenticity and needing to find an alternate gift which leaves me out of pocket.
Unless you are 100% sure that what you are purchasing is going to be right, I wouldn't bother buying from this company as you will be left out of pocket with a product that you will be unable to return.
