Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.

Same issues in Tampa with this shady company. The driver stole my package and refuses to bring it back. There are numerous complaints in our area about Ontrac/Lasership. They keep the packages more than delivering them to their rightful owners. Someone should check to see if the contents of our stolen packages are on ebay. These drivers have a racket. None speak English. You can not communicate with anyone at this company. Extremely poor customer service.

That's my question too! Why keep them as your disreputable shipping agent? I imagine they are cheap and compete by bidding low to big companies that move a lot of product.

They have been doing this for over a decade. Somehow they're still in business. I'm going to the BBB next. Maybe everyone should.
