I made my order through Walmart- They chose to use this delivery company. I hope they learned their lesson

Best Buy uses them! I had no choice in the matter. If I knew what I know now I would have my purchase elsewhere.

DO NOT USE ONTRAC UNLESS YOU DONT WANT ANYTHING EVER DELIVERED.

Walmart uses them too. Complain the the companies too. Maybe if enough of us complain and stop shopping there they'll stop using them

I did not choose Ontrac, the company which sold the item I wanted forced me to use them, no other choicer offered. In the future I will not but from a company using Ontrac for delivery and I will warn anyone I can to do the same.

Store I shopped from uses them, I would never! For your own peace of mind, if you can help it or have a choice - do not use this this company. It never ages well.

Your absolutely right they suck and are condescending when you contact them about your delivery as if you're stupid. If I know a vendor uses them I don't patronize it's disgusting the way they handle inquiries.
