The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged. Good experience during the booking and the ticket issued within 12 hours which is great, the only reason that I'm not giving 5 star is that the next day someone from the company called me 19 times to sell me flight protection, which was very disturbing. If we're not picking up a phone call there's no reason to keep calling back. I paid online and ticket is issued, no reason to call every 30 minutes to speak with me.

OOJO has been shown to flood the web with fake positive reviews but it is truly just the opposite. Many people including myself have lost a lot of money to OOJO. Use a good well known trusted site of go with the airline direct. You may pay a little more for your ticket but it will save you thousands later.

This is my 3 time in 1.5 years to purchase my Business Class tickets through Oojo. They have the best price and an easy website to purchase from. It would be nice if they would add PayPal as a payment option on their website.

We put in the wrong CC number and booking was declined. After several calls made to Oojo and our bank, we finally resolved the issue with Akhil's (Oojo agent) assistance. He was very helpful and patient, he called us back and stayed on the line until we were able to book the ticket successfully. This is our first time to use Oojo and I will use Oojo again for future travel bookings because of agents like Akhil.

My return flight from Rome was changed by the airline to leave a day earlier. I called Oojo to see if I could keep my original departure date but have a longer layover in Istanbul to explore the city. I use kayak.com to search the cheapest flight and it redirects me to oojo.com. I have never heard about this company and I had fallen into bait-and-switch scam by Travoport. So I check whether it's legit. Also after booking and before receiving e-ticket, I login to my credit card company to see whether airfare is charged. Oojo offers cheapest price and handles e-ticket within one hour after booking. The price is even better than those from Google search.

This review is based only on the Oojo agent, Trev, that I spoke with today (my flight is three months away). After booking my flight through the Oojo website, I received a call from one of their agents; he wanted to ensure our names were exactly what is on the passports (turned out that mine had not been). He then proposed their Travel Care 'insurance'. Trev was very knowledgeable, concise and polite. This will be my first flight both booking with Oojo and flying Royal Air Moroc.
