One of my flights was cancelled so I had to change it. They gave me the best options and I was able to pick a even better connection flight. I am very happy with their service! The wait time on hold less then 1 minute, the overall conversation less then 10 minutes.

Good experience during the booking and the ticket issued within 12 hours which is great, the only reason that I'm not giving 5 star is that the next day someone from the company called me 19 times to sell me flight protection, which was very disturbing. If we're not picking up a phone call there's no reason to keep calling back. I paid online and ticket is issued, no reason to call every 30 minutes to speak with me.

It is usually difficult to trust third parties while booking tickets, especially international flights that are very costly. But Oojo made it easy, sent immediate updates on email, and provided all the required information and flight details.

I first worked with Oojo earlier this week and was impressed, so thought I'd buy two tickets directly today regarding my family's India trip next year. I find the site straightforward, easy to use and swift. I know aftercare is good with them too.

OOJO has been shown to flood the web with fake positive reviews but it is truly just the opposite. Many people including myself have lost a lot of money to OOJO. Use a good well known trusted site of go with the airline direct. You may pay a little more for your ticket but it will save you thousands later.

This is my 3 time in 1.5 years to purchase my Business Class tickets through Oojo. They have the best price and an easy website to purchase from. It would be nice if they would add PayPal as a payment option on their website.

I was so anxious when I heard that due to an airline, my flight changed and I was about to lose a day for traveling. We put in the wrong CC number and booking was declined. After several calls made to Oojo and our bank, we finally resolved the issue with Akhil's (Oojo agent) assistance. He was very helpful and patient, he called us back and stayed on the line until we were able to book the ticket successfully. This is our first time to use Oojo and I will use Oojo again for future travel bookings because of agents like Akhil.

My return flight from Rome was changed by the airline to leave a day earlier. I called Oojo to see if I could keep my original departure date but have a longer layover in Istanbul to explore the city. My call was answered quickly and the Oojo agent booked me on the flight I preferred. I had my new flight details within 10 minutes in my e-mail. Excellent service. I will book again through Oojo.

We were able to save SIGNIFICANTLY utilizing Oojo! We purchased business class seats for an international flight at a much lower price point than any other outlet. We received our tickets as promised...no delays!

I use kayak.com to search the cheapest flight and it redirects me to oojo.com. I have never heard about this company and I had fallen into bait-and-switch scam by Travoport. So I check whether it's legit. Also after booking and before receiving e-ticket, I login to my credit card company to see whether airfare is charged. Oojo offers cheapest price and handles e-ticket within one hour after booking. The price is even better than those from Google search.

This booking is our first experience with oojo. We were a bit apprehensive because of it but the booking was fast and smooth. ETickets receipt was also receipt almost immediately after paying for the reservation that is the reason of the 5 stars. I expect to use them in the future.

This is the 2nd time I have used this OOJO.com company for intl. & domestic travel.
I wasn't sorry the first time, and I don't think I will be this time either!
I have been flying all over the planet, (30+ countries to date), over the decades, since 1970 ish.
Hopefully, this can be my GO-TO for airline flights x purchasing.

This review is based only on the Oojo agent, Trev, that I spoke with today (my flight is three months away). After booking my flight through the Oojo website, I received a call from one of their agents; he wanted to ensure our names were exactly what is on the passports (turned out that mine had not been). He then proposed their Travel Care 'insurance'. Trev was very knowledgeable, concise and polite. This will be my first flight both booking with Oojo and flying Royal Air Moroc.

Buy the tickets was pretty easy and also safe. The customer service was amazing you got in touch with me as soon as I did the purchase and you were going with me trough the whole process and everything was fine. Cayenne was my agent and she was very polite and helpful.

Easy, fast and efficient. The website is quick and responsive. It's a convenient way of airline booking. I will definitely keep this company on my list for future reference

Oojo appears to intentionally give discounts over other travel aggregators. They also sometimes delight their customers (and their families!) with free extras!

I bought 3 tickets just 2 days before the departure, still the ticket pricing was lower than the other sites, and the transaction and confirmation were rapid and smooth.
