Zero customer service - simply a middle man company as seemingly manufacture nothing

May be a legal incorporation, but that does not make them legitimate. They are a total scam, advertise items they don't have, take payment, then hide behind "back order" status. Hundreds of one star reviews by verified buyers, less than ten positive reviews. As noted in literally hundreds of reviews, do not do business with this duplicitous organization.

It's a legit crappy business to deal with and they're always right

Customer service is terrible, they are a legit company that seems to be a third party to the manufacturers. Based on the answers Ive seen posted this company has just given up on customer service. The phone and chat experiences I've had asking very simple questions has spurred on a defensive attitude with zero apology offered. I rarely write bad reviews, but this company deserves the bad reviews they are receiving. Buy elsewhere!
