They claimed items were available and ready to ship. That was a lie, but they billed me instantly.

Never purchased anything from them before thought I would order an item from them, huge mistake. Item arrived open and taped shut. Of course no mounting hardware and no instructions. After speaking with them 4 times I still have no hardware to mount the item. Over 30 minutes wait time to get them to answer the phone, sometimes just get disconnected. Buyer beware of Overtons.
