The might have a legitimate business license; I don't know. But they actually scam their customers, so in terms of what they do to customers, it is a scam.
Early morning or later evening is best. You can call but they have no tech support, their customer service people are outside the USA and have very limited abilities for solving problems. You can try the 'chat' on their website, but you get the same people who have the same limited answers.
