Legit company with regular updates on shipping and products

I honestly don't know. I really think it might be a scam. I haven't received my package after 3 months and when I asked to cancel it they told me it was too late because it was "shipping". A little sketchy that it's been out for "shipping" multiple times and still hasn't come.

This is a legitimate Australian business based in Queensland.

The people giving feedback saying Paint Plot Australia is a scam probably ordered from another company. There are plenty on line Paint by Numbers and mostly from china. But Pain Plot Australia is a legit company from Queensland. Been a customer since June 2020 and never have a pending delivery.

Legit Business. I buy loads of stuff online because I live remote and every single company is struggling at the moment with on-selling stock not arriving and then the Australian postal system is in meltdown. People are very harsh to give one star because they haven't received their package within a month. I waited five months for a PBN order from the States, and it wasn't packaged as well as Paintplot do. Join the group page and read scores of happy customer stories if you don't believe me.

Legit. And wonderful. Couldn't recommend Paint Plot highly enough. Like everything, postage was probably delayed during 2020 but stick with them, you won't be disappointed with the end result

They are a legit company and are based out of Australia.
I am Australia based and I get my packages within 2 weeks of ordering.
If you are based outside of Australia it may be slower delivering because of COVID.
I haven't had any issues with customer service or not receiving my items.

I'd give this company a zero if I could! Terrible customer service. Scam. Sent half my order, took my money and ignored my calls and emails. I had to go through PayPal and lodge a dispute for them to actually respond to me. They are not an Australian company!

Ordered April 16th and as of today August 18th I still haven't received my painting and they refuse to refund me because they say it's on the way but who knows because they dont send real tracking numbers

It's a real and unfortunately terribly run company. Their business model for returns is a joke and entirely at your expense. Wait time for delivery was 12+weeks for my order. It arrived wreaking of cigarette smoke. As well, the claim that paint will be fresher through their China supplier is inaccurrate when the order and paint don't reach you within 1-2 weeks. 39 other businesses similar to this are running better and are closer geographically to reduce ship wait times.

Scam. Don't waste your time or money. This has been an absolutely horrible experience trying to get a refund when I never received my order.

I got my kit no problem. It seems that shipping was a little slowed because of the pandemic but I got my kit no problem.

I don't know about their products because mine was never delivered, it's been 6 weeks and there is no valid tracking number. They will not issue me a refund. Very scummy.

Right now seems like a scam. Ordered April 1 and as of today (May 17) it's not close to arriving.

My impression is that they are either a scam or a very disorganized and dishonest company. I had ordered something for my daughter's birthday which never arrived. Over three weeks later I've never received any shipping or tracking information and they do not respond with any concrete information to my queries. I have canceled the charge on my credit card now as I do not expect to receive anything. They have terrible reviews online which I wish I had read before I ordered anything from them.

They are drop shipping from China. Save your money and buy direct through aliexpress where all their designs can be found. I finally have my order on its way a month after I ordered it and it's not due to be here for another month because it's just now shipping from China.

Seems scammy. Still haven't received my items over a month later and no legitimate tracking (tracking was sent via a 3rd party carrier I've never heard of, and the tracking number did not yield any results)

Complete scam. They give you a fake tracking number and never ship anything to you.

SCAM. They ignore your emails and messages and never sent your package.

It is a legitimate company and they are very welcoming of customer complaints and handle them in a timely manner
