Thank you so much Paint Plot for your incredibly speedy delivery and high quality product. I bought the Best Sellers Bundle 2 for our adult children and they were stoked! It was my only online gift that arrived without any problem. From your very first quirky, amusing order acknowledgement email to final delivery I could not fault. With two psychologists in the family your story totally resonated with us - thank you.

Most of the other reviews have stated the same complaints that I have. Shipping took well over a month, close to two actually. Meanwhile I was bombarded with useless emails from the company. It took so long to get here I emailed halfway through requesting to just cancel the order all together. I got a reply saying "oops its already shipped! You'll have to return it to us once it arrives." Finally it arrives and I unroll this canvas like material to find its oddly bunched up or wrinkled the entire length of the painting. I can't comment on the quality of the paint or brushes because I've been so unimpressed I don't know if I even want to use it. I do not recommend. Spend your money else where.

Ordered paintings for over than $130 in March. It is July now - nothing has arrived so far. Multiple emails back and forth, same story with everyone else here. They cannot refund, only re-ship, and even if they promise to ship it again - it's just silence after. If you try to follow up, they says it's almost shipped, and then again nothing. That's one of the worst scams I saw lately. Do not buy here, save your money.

I love working on the paint by number. Paint Plot had the best designs compared to similar companies. I choose paintings that I would buy as a print. I can't tell you how much calm and peace they have given me during the pandemic when my two kids are home all trying to do online school. I wake up looking forward to working on the painting. I'm not very crafty but these are foolproof and make beautiful pieces for our home.

I have been ordering from Paint Plot Australia since June 2020 and they never fail to amaze me with their service. I have bought more than 10 painting kits, completed them and now ordered another batch.

I have now purchased several times from Paint Plot and have nothing but praise for this great little Aussie company. They communicate via email as to what your package status is & nothing is a trouble for them. They are very prompt with their deliveries and even sent at no charge extra paint when I had used all of one of the colors.

I was very happy with this company Paint Plot Australia, will be buying off them again. 2020 has been hell of a year for a lot of small businesses who send out orders, must be so frustrating for them getting bad reviews about delivery. I had great correspondence with them, and still do if I have any trouble they send me emails. I was so happy with my Paint By Number kits, paints and canvas were in good condition. I am totally hooked on this sought of painting ‍

Received my kit two weeks after ordering. Well packaged. It was very detailed and took 2 months to complete but totally worthwhile. Paints were beautifully coloured but the brushes were not top quality. I would buy my own brushes for the next project, which I have already ordered.

Absolutely love Paint Plot. They make you feel part of the business. They ask our opinions on future products and customer service team are great. I have no negative comments and am not affiliated with Paint Plot. I'm a happy customer which is rare in our world today.

I have now purchased at least 10 paint by numbers from paint plot and I love them all. They have made amazing works of art for me. Yes the shipping is quite slow to get all the way to New Zealand but its worth the wait. Hours of fun and relaxation with a great end product. Thanks heaps!

The painting is amazing and despite it looking like not enough paint, if you use it effectively you'll have quite a lot left. The first 3 paint pots were for large sections and while I ran out of the 1st pot once I'd completed those sections I learnt how to make the paint last as I had been originally been using too much.
The canvas is quality material and the paint is pigmented and smooth to work with.
All communication with them about the delay with shipping was extremely helpful.

I buy these for my daughter who absolutely loves loves loves them. She gets the paintings of the places she has been to, so she has that memory on her wall for all to see. I also get her ones to do for me as well.
I have never ever had any issues with the product or in receiving them. They always arrive on time and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend this lovely little Australian company.

These canvases are great! The numbers are small in areas to give excellent gradients, so be aware of that. The finished picture looks as expected - perfect for hanging in a prime location on your wall! A wonderful way to spend a few evenings, relaxing while listening to music and painting.

I purchased 2 kits from Paint Plot and loved it so much I finished both in a week! The quality of the product is great, there's enough paint for whatever you need, and the numbers are fairly easy to see. There are some spots where the numbers are harder to see because of the size, but that's where I flexed my own creativity. HIGHLY recommend - even for those who don't think they can paint! It was a ton of fun and I will definitely be ordering more!

They'll send you another little pot. Not sure what that number is? They'll identify it. Got a problem? They'll solve it. Got some ideas? They'll have it enacted soon. Want to have some say in what kind of designs to see in the future? They'll ask you regularly what your thoughts are on upcoming designs. Want a discount? Get 25% off by buying 3 and get one free. Cannot fault them at all, will buy again; will probably continue to buy so many I can't complete them all.

Love these guys! My kits came quicker than expected. Some of the cells are really small, so I twisted the PDF's for them and within hours I had them in my inbox. The group on Facebook is so supportive and encouraging. The company themselves are fabulous! I will definitely be ordering more. You will not be disappointed. No matter your skill level you can do it!

Nice design selection, helpful FB share/support group, attentive customer care, and I very much appreciate that Paint Plot ships to Alaska. The paint is generally of good quality, although some colors are more translucent than others which can make fully covering the numbers challenging. The FB group offers good suggestions for dealing with any issues that arise, though. I'm glad I had brushes of my own as I used them the most, but overall I'm quite satisfied. This was my first, and I am already looking forward to the next one.

But overall I really enjoyed painting this piece. It was my first time so I'm excited to try the second one I ordered so I know to always cover the lines and blend. Also it's okay if it's a little messy looking when you're going it

It's a great quality kit. I can't fault that. I was very worried about whether it was going to arrive, which it did, albeit late. The pandemic was a definite factor however, better communication would have helped my anxiety. Purely based on shipping I could only give 3-4 stars.

I was wondering if you could get bigger paintings to try? Also I was thinking about doing something for younger people like star wars or superhero types and being a musical person I love guitar themed paintings to try. Thanks

I'm an artist, who specialized in portraits. T think it could be a great gift for my close friednds, who don't hae drawing skills. Especially for my friend's wife, who has a child. As I understand the wife needed more colors, but it's not problem for me. In general it's a good company.)

I ordered my item and it had exceeded the amount of time to arrive. I emailed the company and they responded almost immediately. They then gave me updates on my order status and were extremely friendly in correspondence. Only 4 stars because my order was late.
