We got the patio done in September 2022 for our sons wedding. We weren't disappointed at all. Jeremy who built it is a top bloke and did an awesome job and the feed back from our friends has been nothing short of how it finishes off our back garden. Totally recommend Patio Living if you're wanting to expand your entertainment area.

The title says it all. They charged my card the full amount 68 weeks ago, in March 2021 The table would be delivered in six weeks. No, then it's August 2021. No, manufacturer was experiencing delays, now it's (gulp) March 2022. Called customer service, got a polite runaround. Decided to wait. March 2022 comes and goes, called customer service again, now it's June 15 2022. That dates arrives, and suddenly my account says "Pending shipping update from manufacturer, please check back soon." Called customer service, emailed. Manufacturer is experiencing delays, new ship date is July 8 2022 (today, the day I'm writing this review). Once more, the message arrives, "Pending shipping update from manufacturer, please check back soon." The company is selling products they can't deliver. Finally, I ask for a refund. No answer.
I would never order from them again. I ordered 2 chairs August 31 2021 (approx $643) and was told 14-16 weeks. Long but I took it figuring places had supply chain issues. By April they had already pushed my "possible" ship date a 4th time. Each month the same thing. Last they told me it was supposed to be shipped in mid-May. I had also checked in with them by email and call and was always given the same story—"it's the vendor." I didn't give them the chance to push it again. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge for goods that were charged in full over 8 months prior but that had never shipped. This got the ball rolling with Patio Living and I told them I wanted a full refund (to my credit card—no restocking fee since I've never received anything). I got my full amount back within a couple weeks of the credit card company contacting them. They had to send me a check since I used Apple Pay.
Tip for consumers:
Typically people were charged a large restocking fee for returns even if you never received the item I was reading here. I enlisted my credit card company to ensure that didn’t happen to me. If I had seen this site before placing the order, I never would have used Patio Living
Be wary when ordering from them. If you need to return anything, they charge a 30% restocking fee + shipping, which can add up to almost the full price of the item itself. If you have a choice, buy from Amazon instead and save yourself the headache.

Ordered and billed $6000. 00 in May, Patio set still not delivered September 10,2021! I don't think you want to do business with Patio Living, really completely unacceptable delivery times. The phone people are very nice, however business operations suck. Unacceptable billing and unacceptable delivery times.

Trying to cancel an order. No one responds to emails, phone (on hold more than 20 minutes at a time. Poor customer service. Tried "chat feature" and each time it shows I'm next in line and it will be about 5 minutes,
20 minutes later, still no answer. FRUSTRATED.
We received a large table and six chairs. We checked for damages prior to assembly. Unfortunately, the table was welded incorrectly causing it to no be level. We contacted them first via phone, hour long wait with nobody ever picking up. Then, after two weeks of sending out email, they contacted us completely ignoring out inquiry. They suggested that we return the five-foot long table and pay the expense. There customer service stinks, especially given the money we spent. You are much better off going through a dealer. Just awful

Can't think of a another company that makes it harder to do business with them. After 4 MONTHS (not a typo) I still don't have replacement cushions. Quick to process payment. ZERO customer service! 1st blamed manufacturer (?) then the shipping company... They take no responsibility and is impossible to get a live person to talk to! RUN!
Umbrellas look beautiful but as i was put it down it fell over and one of the ribs broke contacted company about replacing the rib yet to hear from them for the price i would never buy again better off with bargain brands and replace canopies
Their 'conditional' return policy means they will accept returns at their discretion.
Translation: They will find every excuse to avoid accepting a return and issuing a refund.
Please don't make the same mistake that we did. Item arrived deformed, no refund.

They are quite simply the worst company I have ever dealt with - horrific customer service (hour long waits). They misrepresented what was in stock and it resulted in waiting for weeks when I could have ordered directly from the manufacturer. When you finally reach someone they are an outsourced company that doesn't know anything. Disaster. Stay away at all costs.
I purchased six items from Patio Living. Two were chaise lounges that were dropped off on a pallet on my driveway and the driver said that was all he was required to do. At no time did the product description say anything about assembly and a sales person named Phil at Patio Living specifically said that none was required. Well, he was wrong and transferred me to a customer service bot when I brought that to his attention. The chairs need assembly and didn't even include instruction. The other four items are still not here after ordering them about a month ago. I can't wait to see what condition they arrive in. Find a better option!
I ordered outdoor chairs from this company only because their website stated one to two weeks delivery. They changed conditions stating 6 to 8 weeks.
I was on hold over two hours to cancel.
They said a refund would be processed in 48 hours. After a claim with PayPal and Visa. They responded to say they are waiting on cancellation from vendor so it could take 13 days. That is a lame excuse for a company. They mislead and then they make you think they are doing everything they can. Please do not support these company. I ordered from Ballard Designs and they are very professional.
I ordered an umbrella and stand. The umbrella arrived but the stand has not come yet. I have reached out to patio Living twice (both times 30 minute waits). I reached out when I realized what had happened and then reached out again three days later. They never did get back in touch with me. Now I have to fill out a claim form for something that is not my fault. They should have sent a new stand immediately or researched with federal express why one-package did not arrive. Now it is all on me to solve their problem. Never again.
I ordered a simple mesh patio table back in early May. No chairs just a round table. It is August, never received after promises from Patio Furniture. Told one excuse after another. They've had my money for three months and no table. Frustrating to have to keep calling to inquire when my table will ship. Obviously they can't fulfill my order. Finally had to cancel since they can't produce. Won't shop there ever again. By the way, ordered another table elsewhere and received, no issues.
Purchased four chairs (monaco steel mesh). Two days earlier had purchased two matching chairs with the "spring action feature". The spring chairs shipped, but the four fixed chairs that match were out of stock with no restock date. So i asked patio living to also allow me to return the spring chairs which now match nothing, and they are happy to let me do that. For a 20% restocking fee. And i pay the shipping. Because that is "policy".
You get what you pay for. I won't make this mistake again.
I placed an order with PatioLiving for 4 pool chases in April and at the time of order the estimated ship time was 5-8weeks. They charged my Credit Card for the full amount immediately.
When I reached out to them in June they told me there was a delay and I'll receive the order in July.
From that point they would email me updates every few weeks pushing out the delivery date again and again and again and again (you get the picture).
At this point I may receive them in September. I live in WA state and our summers are short, so this is quite devastating.
In July I reached out to them by phone and email asking for some kind of refund to make up for us not getting to enjoy the pool chases this summer due to extreme delays. While they responded that they will forward the information to the management, no actual action has been done to rectify the situation.
So yeah, don't believe the shipping dates listed on their website if you really need your item by a certain time.

I have ordered from patio living in the past and have been very satisfied, however this time has been not a good experience. I wanted to change my order early on and could not get anybody from Customer Service to respond to emails, to respond to chat or to answer the phone. I have not received any shipping status updates, although it says my items have shipped, I have not received any communication indicating that at all. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I've received for this order.
After a sizable order (8K) we received the patio set and chat set in good order. The wicker recliners came after weeks of waiting and some delay in delivery due to a wrong phone number in their system. We rejected one of the chairs due to a manufacturer's defect. The shipper took it back and we are here 2 months later STILL trying to get the remaining chair. Turns out they STILL have the wrong phone number in their system and didn't know what finish I wanted (uh, try checking the original order maybe?). Although the price was right and the furniture is great in terms of quality, this company does not have it's act together, although they still have my money.

I purchased a Lloyd Flanders patio furniture set with Sunbrella performance fabric. Less than a year later the fabric on the ottoman and chair was covered in mold, mildew and dark stains whereas the sofa in the exact same environment is in perfect condition. Clearly, there is a quality flaw in the fabric. After bringing this issue to their attention, their solution is for me to purchase all new cushions to the tune of +$700, after paying close to $3,000 for the ottoman and chair to begin with? No replacements, no discount. I believed I was purchasing high end, high quality product. I was fooled.
Check before you order when they will ship. I ordered 7/22; it won't ship until 8/28! At first glance I missed the "8" and thought it shipped the next week. My mistake.
First the bad:
I ordered 2 Adirondack chairs on 6/9. They claimed shipping in 1-3 business days. When I did not hear from them and checked shipping status they indicate 8/21--much too late to be of much use this season. They charged my credit card for an item they do not have.
I tried to contact customer service multiple times.
Called--on hold 40 minutes (was to be 22) then when connected phone rang with no answer!
Used live chat 8 times--hour glass spun for over a half hour even though message said I was the first person in cue and someone will get back to in five minutes.
Email--one response with information I knew questions unanswered, request fro cancel order ignored
All subsequent emails ignored.
Has been a week. Today I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
I buy online often--these people are the absolute worst.
Now the Good:
Finally got a response from Michael in CS and he quickly explained the situation and processed a refund--while dealing with two more chats and someone on the phone. Kudos
They fail to provide updates after missing a shipment date commitment. This after a 10 weeks lead time. They "ghost" you especially if you were made to pay in advance.
I ordered a wicker patio set with initial shipment scheduled for 4/23/19. A week later, I receive an email that shipment was going to be extended and scheduled for 5/2/19. I called and asked if I could cancel the order and the answer was, "Sorry, this is a custom order and you can only cancel within 24 hours of order placement". I pressed the representative to look deeper into cancelling and he called back and stated that I could refuse the delivery and they would credit my credit card minus shipping & delivery AND 20% restocking fee! UPDATE: Called the company again and there are no notes on my order that I previously called and talked to the rep. Today the rep states that the furniture was shipped from manufacturer to carrier and it would be inspected for several days and within two weeks they would call me to schedule delivery! A lot of good that does me when the event that I needed it for will be in a few days! I told the rep that I called my credit card company, she puts me on hold, then returns and says "we are no longer obligated to talk to you and so you'll have to call your credit card company". So bottom line is, the order I placed gave me an estimated ship date which was then changed after the 24 hour cancellation window. I try to cancel and the company says, "sorry, you approved the T&C's", I ask what recourse I have they say, "we'll charge you a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping & handling", I call the credit card company and PatioLiving then says, "sorry, we cannot talk to you anymore". UPDATE: I received the furniture and it is BEAUTIFUL! We absolutely love it! I wish we could of had a less stressful experience but the furniture is beautiful.
