Good day, i am from south africa and a want to use payoneer to receive international funds. must i get a card or can i just use the banking services?

Hi there! First let me say thank you for considering using Payoneer's services Tommy. While we do offer card as one option, this is certainly not the only way you can receive payments. If you register for your account directly via Payoneer.com you can sign up for a virtual balance account. This lets you store your funds in a balance, and withdraw them to your local bank account whenever you choose to do so.

How much do you charge me if i got money in my account and i want to withdraw it from egypt ? and what about the exchange rate?

Answer:

Hi there, Assuming your Payoneer account was created in Egypt, when you wish to withdraw your funds from your Payoneer account to your local bank account in Egypt's local currency, a fee of 2% will be applied by us. There will also be fees applied by corresponding banks handling your transfer. I recommend that you check with your own bank to see if they have any landing fees.

Totally agree! They will take all of your money! Close your account! & tell you it's for undisclosed reasons! Years of having a business down the drain because of Payoneer! Do not trust them please!

When you receive a payment future and it has not loaded in 1-2 business days, I recommend that you check your email for a message from support requesting further documentation for verification.
