Sorry, I have the same problem. I sent them at my expense to the US address on the web page, but they are taking a journey. Got refused then sent to another PO for pickup, still there. Did get a China address but it is so long you would need a bus, no line breaks, what the heck. They are playing games, I don't know what to do if they send them back. Sizing if off & buckles are backward. I will keep the receipt & donate them if they get returned to me after their LONG JOURNEY.
