Plumbworld you can usually get through to customer service very easily, due to the covid and holidays you may need to just call a few times or once dialled put your mobile phone on to redial the phone number and you will get through to someone when they either get off the other phone lines or done helping or serving other customers in store. Plumbworld are always extremely helpful to all and if they don't know the answer they will know someone who will be able to help you out with your inquiry. Just bare with them

Not good could not make contact via phone, had to fill in a form on website after searching hard for it.
Very easy to contact having said that if you place an order the delivery driver contacts you so you know exactly when your purchase is going to arrive

On the one occasion I reported damage to an item on delivery customer service responded immediately. Item was replaced and shipped to me without any delay.

I sent through photos of my damaged item and a replacement order was raised straight away. I think this is automated though, so I didn't speak directly with customer service.

One phone call, answered within 30 seconds. Ordered placed no problem.
I was number 23 in a queue on the phone the first time I contacted but the wait was not as long as I anticipated. The second time I phoned I was number 6 and attended to quickly. Both times I was dealt with courteously and knowledgeably.
Almost impossible, there are so many people trying to get through at the same time and they keep telling you go to their website, which is hopeless when you need to talk to someone.
Great people to deal with and easy to contact information is clear precise.

I messaged via ebay, fairly prompt replies, after i rejected the partial refund offered they sent a new replacement. So find no fault with this system.

I contacted customer service because I thought that delivery was late. The agent told me the proper delivery date a few days ahead but offered to speed it up if I wanted. (I did not.) Easy to contact and helpful.
Very easy but unfortunately the agent I was in communication with told me they didn't stock the product I was looking for, after a google search I found it on sale with this company, this advisor could have lost them a sale and maybe already has with other customers, but at least I got responce, shame the advice wasn't correct,
