That looks like our fax number you tried to call. You can respond to your original order confirmation and it will create a ticket in our helpdesk system. I'm not in that department, so I cannot look up your order. If you are not in possession of your original emailed invoice, you can send an email to helpdesk@zicominc.com to also create a ticket.
It is taking about 2-3 days for a response as the requests for sales and service has increased significantly.
