I have the total opposite reaction to this question. This mystery group that decides what the outcome will be is ridiculous. You can't talk to anyone, and my last attempt to get support through emails, took one month! Not a fan of learning who the good sellers are by trial and error...

I just posted a really long review of PM. I hope maybe it helps with your question. I put in a paragraph specifically about sellers who don't send, since it was your question that motivated me to write the review. Bad news... you can't make them or know for sure... good news is that you do get the refund easily and I posted a bunch of tips on how to make sure you're dealing with sellers who won't do that to you in the first place. I love Poshmark... I just am careful about who I buy from. I hope the review i just posted helps you and others in some way!

You just have to be very cautious. The younger sellers I would be more cautious about, as they really dont care. I just saw a seller sell dirty black underpants of Hers for $40. The picture of Her wearing them was discusting. People now pay for dirty, worn, under wear... the site is going down the tubes... not enough Employees I'm afraid. This girls picture was with Her wearing the under wear to if I may add, but no head shot... discusting...

Poshmark normally doesn't release the money to the seller until the buyer receives the money. Unfortunately, poshmark do not have any policy to make the seller ship the item in certain time. I will suggest you to check the seller's rating and her/his accountability before the transaction.

Do you know if there is a way to access one's funds when we sell an item or is it strictly a Poshmark credit to be used on their site?
