I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.

The flowers were left outside my sister's front door. The tracking states they were left inside a porch, but she doesn't have a porch. They were left out in the elements all day. Not only was it an issue for potential theft but it was a very hot day and the flowers had to be thrown away less than 72hrs later as they had completely wilted and died. "James" at Customer Service could not have cared less. He told me that they don't have control over delivery as they outsource it, and he didn't care that Royal Mail had lied on the tracking. I've spoken to a few people about the issues I had and as soon as I said Prestige they all said that they had had similar awful experiences both with delivery and their customer service not caring/resolving the the issues. This company doesn't care. Strongly recommend that people search for a legit florist that don't outsource their deliveries so that you know that your recipient will get quality flowers on their special day.

An abysmal service. I ordered flowers, a card and chocolates for our wedding anniversary.
The card came soggy from a leakage from the flowers. The chocolates were some random inferior product, not even the Pralines we had ordered.
Then the flowers were old-looking to start with, the roses in particular looked very sad.
I complained to customer services and was asked to take photos from several angles which I did happily to show the state of the flowers. I was also asked to take the "guard petals" off the roses and wait as apparently, they were the cause of the roses looking old. They suggested that I follow the care guide which I did, (we buy flowers fairly often so we know what we are doing (though it is the first time buying from these clowns).
After a week the roses have not opened and everything is ready for the bin. (see photo, day 8).
They have refused to give a refund and keep implying that our care of the flowers is not very good. Very difficult "customer service". I will not buy from these unprofessionals again. I suggest you look elsewhere too.

I ordered flowers internationally 3 times and they were late every time in delivering them. The final time, they were given 5 days advance notice of the delivery date and they are STILL not delivered 3 days past the date. I was told by customer service that they do not guarantee any deliveries and do not provide refunds.

Ordered flowers on Wed before Easter for next day delivery. When I checked the receipt the delivery address was my home address. I got in touch and they promised to change this.

Please, I advise people not to order flowers from this website. I had a terrible recent experience with them. I had ordered an expensive bouquet from them for my partner for a special day, however the surprise l completely ruined. They had sent a completely different bouquet, with completely different packaging. To add even more insult to injury the flowers they sent were not fresh at all. Upon putting a complaint they completely disregarded this and even though the photographic evidence was clear as day they still refused a refund instead they offered me a mere £15 credit to use on their website. They have completely ruined the sentiment behind my gift and left me embarrassed. There much better online florist such as apple yard and even e-florist I would recommend over Prestige Flowers. They are anything but prestige.
Sent flowers to my mother for her birthday. Their website allows you to pick a date for delivery - which seems pointless. Birthday was on Thursday, it's Saturday and still no one from this company can tell me when she will get the flowers… if she gets them. But they do insist on reminding me of their t&cs to protect themselves. Wish I had of known about all these complaints before ordering through them!

I spent £45 on a bouquet of lilies expecting next day delivery as promised on their website and also expecting a lovely bunch of flowers.
Sadly neither was the case.
The flowers arrived 3 days late and were 6 miserable stems of wilting lilies with some buds, but I would have done better to go to the local supermarket, spend half the amount of money and get twice the number of blooms.

Terrible experience with ordering 50th birthday flowers. They were nothing like the bouquet advertised, flowers well past their best and there was a lot of greenery to pad out the bouquet, rather than actual flowers. I ordered a large size (compared to the medium as shown on the website) and the bouquet received was not even as big as the medium. Totally disappointed, embarrassed to have sent these, and I feel completely ripped off as they were expensive. AWFUL... avoid avoid avoid! This has put me off ordering flowers online in future.
I think this company is completely indifferent to their customers' satisfaction and would advise not to do any business with them.
I ordered flowers on 12/12/23 that were supposed to be delivered on 12/14/23. About 10 days later I learned by pure chance nothing was delivered. I did not receive any notification about an unsuccessful delivery, and the local contact phone number provided did not receive either a call or a text about the matter. When I contacted Prestige Flowers via email, they simply told me delivery was attempted but was not successful. How Royal Mail attempted a delivery is unclear – my son's family was home at the time of the supposed delivery attempt.
Prestige Flowers refused to refund me for purchase.
This is the second time they completely disappointed me; the first time was in November 2021 when they failed to deliver flowers when my grandson was born.

Appalling, unhelpful customer service after a failed delivery to a care home by Prestige Flowers' delivery contractor, Royal Mail. Thomas, the senior customer service 'complaint elevator', simply argued with me, insisting that it was my job to contact their delivery sub-contractor, with whom I have no relationship. I would have settled for a refund, but that was refused, too. Appling experience with a company that has so many complaints it has employed people whose job it is to argue with customers.
Failed to deliver on the date of my mum's 74th birthday despite booking it 2 weeks in advance. They're full of BS excuses saying I live in the far reaches of Wales when I live just outside Cardiff. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!

I ordered flowers for an employees last day on Thursday for Friday. When I completed purchase it said delivery on Friday and all was well.
Friday comes. No delivery. Sat. No delivery. So the flowers will be in transit since Thursday night, late on arrival. And I had to pay for this postage.
Spoke to customer services, nothing they can do? Wow. It's in small print somewhere it can take up to 3 days before they refund? Why advertise next day if you can't deliver for next day?
For £30 this is just embarrassing for my friend to receive. They came yesterday and already drooping and dry. Nothing like the advertised picture at all. Can't get hold of anyone at customer services. Wish I'd read the reviews as doubt I'll be refunded. Shameful.

Customer services have washed their hands of it with a standard disclaimer response and offered me a small credit of the postage cost - which I have no intention of using as I will never purchase from them again. They blame Royal Mail, but why on earth keep using a delivery service that fails and then say its not their fault. Really awful experience and what a waste of money.
Ordered large bunch of flowers for wife's birthday, got them early that day, good start, also children sent a rose from Prestige, 2 days later that died and flowers were in such a mess, look liked someone walked all over them. 4 emails, no answers, Please don't waste your money with this lot. People decide on a date for a reason and are happy to pay for it... if they cannot deliver the service, they should leave it to companies that can.

My son who lives in America sent me flowers for my birthday and was promised they would get to me on my birthday as I was going to be away for a couple of days. We were both gutted they didn't arrive to the following day and were left at our front door to the elements!. Flowers were nice and fresh though thanks to our neighbour who took them in until I got home. I dread to think what state they would have been in..
