I was checking my eBay account and up pops you have won a cruise, ring this number. Okay I'll ring see what they say. Okay blah blah sounds good. Then I have to give my credit card number I'll be using to book flights and pay amount not covered by prize. I don't have card on me. Okay rep say I'll wait. Umm my card is at home I'm in town. Had to repeat this several times. I gave up and hung up as I'm in a library, conscious of already being on the phone.
Are these guys legit or have I avoided being scammed??
