My experience with Printerpix support/ customer service staff via email is the best of any company I've encountered. Either you hire the right people or train them well or both. I have ordered 2 photo books, that should arrive on the 6th of November. I have contacted with the customer service and I was told of course standard text "apologise.and so one". I paid for the rush delivery as I needed them for Thursday. My order still haven't arrived, and now I don't need it! Even still I don't know when my parcel will be delivered. I'm very disappointed and never again order from them. Of course I was informed that I can only have a part of refund for a delivery cost! Ridiculous! Now I'm expecting that parcel to put it straight away to bin. Wasted money, time and a lot of stress. I don't recommend it.

The quality of the printing is very poor and they are refusing refund. Professional pictures are all bleary, pictures are cut. Waste of a lot of money

Had an issue with an order which was messed up and ended up with me having to pay extra for a second set of - already exorbitant - postage. When the missing calendars arrived they all had holes punched at the bottom. Despite a reassurance in a reply to my trustpilot negative review that all would be resolved if I emailed their resolutions department, All my mails have been ignored and I am £6.99 out of pocket and with calendars with holes in them. I have absolutely no trust in their guarantees of quality and service. Next year we will try a different supplier so it is their loss in the long run.

I had no issue with customer service. In fact, it was great doing business with them! They literally took care of everything in less than 10 minutes! No waiting on hold, no millions of numbers and prompts to choose. The representative answered, asked me to take pictures, waited while I emailed her and numerous times said if your not happy with the product we'll replace it and that's what she did! Fantastic! I will definitely do business with them again!

I got myself into such a dither attempting to order two throws and a cushion cover and, hence, spoke to Vincenzo twice and during each call he calmly allayed my fears and sorted me out, whilst calming me down as well!
Excellent quality, swift delivery and a very responsive helpful customer service team. I had a query with my order which was dealt with via live chat extremely quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again!
Norah from customer service has helped me a lot even when I made an error on my book. Norah has always replied to my emails quickly and allowed me to get another photo book at a cheaper price. This is the best and easiest customer service I've ever had. I highly recommend you purchase from printerpix and email Norah if you need to get it touch.

I had a problem ordering an item and contacted customer services. Norah was very quick to reply to my e. Mail and gave me instructions to reorder but to send the order to her instead of continuing from the basket.
She took over from there and within a week I have received my order and it is perfect.
I shall continue to use Printerpix and hopefully Norah will be around if I need help again.

Vincenzo was helpful with deciding which calendar pack and uploading into my account. The creation of the photo's and narratives was generally easy as usual when as I have, you have completed several projects. Difficulties in the past with the checkout were eliminated, despite some technical problems from the printerpix end but Vincenzo and then Amy Joseph worked round their problems and Amy produced the payment link and made sure the transfer to produce the calendars was completed to my satisfaction
Andrea took the time to understand the problem and (hopefully!) fix it! I am glad I got to work with Andrea because my last call was someone else who did not take much time to help. Great job, Andrea!
Printerpix eventually got in touch with me. Excuses were made for the poor quality of the print I received. However it was blamed on me somehow. Nonetheless they decided as a one off they would allow me to have another print, which they talked me through how to re-order and they picked up the bill. This print is good and I am now able to use it for the gift it was intended for. Customer service on this occasion on line was pretty good
No customer service response from email I sent 2 days ago. Apparently "due to volume of queries" that in itself should ring alarm bells. Materials used are of acceptable standard but execution of my order is useless and cannot be used for the Christmas present I ordered it for. If they had taken the time to get back to me and resolve my issue. I would not have written this review. I would not recommend
Purchased a groupon voucher for 5 calendars, wrongly assumed that it would send me 5 of the product, it didn't it only sent 1. But once mistake noticed rectified within 5 minutes by customer representive Jack. 4 more calendars now ordered. Thank you so much for your help

I'm just writing 5for printerpix as I've just purchased my 8 personalised blanket 6 presents and one for myself and hubby marking special occasions I life. I got a picture of my dad who is passed away 24 years and I'm not a bit computer knowledgeable but when I put the blanket around my shoulders his picture is actually on my shoulder I had couple of technical issues just once and the customer service from Kayla was 10/10. I definitely recommend printerpix. Thanks again Kayla for all your patience

I ordered a photo book of a childrens story I've written. The pictures were quite roughly drawn and I didnt expect it to come out very well so I was absolutely knocked out by the quality of the product when it arrived a few days later, the pictures were reproduced perfectly and the cost was very reasonable. The whole process was clear and easy and the delivery took only a few days. I'd definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.
