I have a groupon for an 8.5 x 11" book. Your site says that they are out of stock. How can that possibly be? It won't even let me set it up.

We are actually discontinuing our 8.5 x 11, so please pick ANY photo book you would like and we will make sure to honor the value of your Groupon. Just give us an email at contactus@printerpix.com and put the photo book you would like in your cart. Tell them Jeremy sent you and we will get it handled. Sorry for the disappointing news.

I bought 7 vouchers for the same photo book. Hard to create. No customer service help. I will not buy from them again and will not refer anyone to do so.
