Ordered mine less than three weeks ago, picture of my cat Stanley and received it last night! I have been reading a lot of reviews and was worried I might be in trouble but I really am so happy with how smoothly ordering went! No problems what so ever, might buy another one to be honest!

Ordered a mug with my dog's face on it, several months later received 2 mugs with scientific articles printed on them.
Multiple attempts to contact the company have been met with silence. They took my $47 USD and did not provide what I ordered. Do not order from this scam of a company.
Ordered 2 blankets on Nov 21 and was guaranteed delivery before Xmas.
Received email on Dec 12 stating that I clicked full body on 1 blanket but didn't pay the $7.50 charge ( which u think would be automatic at check out if that option was clicked) but I paid the extra fee.
Blankets never arrived and have sent multiple emails with no reply ( but they sure did reply about the extra fee)
Disputed charge w my credit card company after reading these reviews. If his is a scam it's terrible to prey on pet lovers. I liked that the purchase was helping pets in need.
I ordered something in NOVEMBER of 2018. This place is complete b***sh**. I was trying to order it a a gift for my boyfriend, and now he'll never get it because of these selfish, lying pieces of trash. Don't waist your time like the rest of us :) the reviews on their website are fake, too.
Do not give these jokers your money. My credit card company is fast at work getting my money back but this company is a complete fraud. Bunch of crooks on the other end. They will pretend that they have your order and string you along until you get wise. I should have know by their 800 - 5 star reviews on their own site but i ordered anyway. They are probably based in goat ville.
Not only will you never get your item and spend months fighting for your money back but you'll also have to deal with the children that are responding to your emails (if they respond at all). I attached an image of their response to a review I left on another website. They thought only I could see it but these people need to be exposed for their ignorance. Despicable people and a truly horrible company. Do not purchase from them! I used PetCanva after this and they were AMAZING
I personally believe they send out a few orders here and there to keep people thinking they are legit.
They promised orders before 11/24 would arrive before Christmas, however my order never arrived and it is late January now! This is absolutely unbelievable. I have sent multiple emails, have tried to contact via social media, etc, with ZERO response.
My boyfriend ordered one of their custom pet photo blankets for me around Christmas 2018, it's now June 2019 and we never received the item or a refund. We have called numerous calls and not once have they picked up. We've also emailed to no avail. I commented on their Facebook asking where my blanket was and they instantly deleted my comments, messaged me saying they already refunded me (although they haven't and they didn't even have the order number that my comment was in refernce to) then they proceeded to block me so I could not respond. Have filed complaint to the Better Business Bureau and encourage others to do the same.
I, like others, ordered a blanket and never received it. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Order place on November 1st, and have yet to receive. The one good thing... if you paid via PayPal, file for a refund under their Purchase Protection. I did and since print your pet didn't respond to their inquiry, PayPal refunded my money.
I ordered a painting November 11 and was suppose to have by Christmas! Still don't have it! Have written 4 emails to customer service and no response! This is the worse place I have ever encountered! Plus they won't refund your money so I'm out $80! DONT ORDER from here!
I cannot put into words how horrendous this company is but I will try for the sake of humanity. I placed an order to Print Your Pet on 11/13 for a Christmas present. Plenty of time for me to receive my order, right? Okay, I was very wrong. After sending many emails and never receiving a response, I have yet to receive my package. And why yes, it is January. Over two months and I never received it. I strongly recommend that if you are in the same boat that you call your bank and make a dispute. The money should be refunded to you in a couple of days.
I ordered my phone case in October of last year (2018) and I still haven't received and it's February 3,2019. I've sent multiple emails and I finally got a response yesterday where they said that I never replied to the proof that they sent back in December even though I did. This company is very sketchy and I do not recommend to anyone looking to purchase from it. I will be contacting my credit card company. I'm very sad considering that I had to save up to buy this.
I ordered in November and still haven't gotten it. They post about how busy they are but I don't care who you are, waiting 2 plus months for a blanket is ridiculous. I demanded to cancel my order and get a refund, lets see if they can manage that.
This is absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Spent months waiting to receive over $100 of mugs for my friends for Christmas and they won't answer any of my emails. Do not buy from this website.
Got the blanket its amazing quality, however just as other reviews say customer service is AWFUL and they only post 5 star reviews on the main site for obvious reasons. Add on the "custom" fees added on delivery too.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to place an order on 2/23. They had issues with their website so I emailed them. They did not respond until 3/6. I then placed my order on 3/9. I still don't have it even though the confirmation email said I would have it in 2-4 weeks. I have emailed them several times and their responses are vague and unhelpful. I would not recommend using them. Surely someone else is better!
Ordered two blankets as Christmas presents ordered before the date that was posted online to get it in time for Christmas it is January and I have nothing! They will not respond to any emails and there's no phone number to call
This website is a total scam they will rip you off. When you email them to ask what's going on they send threatening emails! I have all the emails to prove it! I ordered a blanket that should have a recently deceased pet on it and never received it! Totally lownin my opinion... heed my warning, don't order anything from them!
Long story short ordered 3 items in October. Received one dodgy shirt end of December. One okay mug January and no blanket at all. Was accused of fraud even though I have evidence only one item was sent with 2nd shipment. Taking thousands of dollars off of customers with no products and a dodgy set up usually results in the company getting shut down so why are they still allowed to operate?! Also, The rudest people I've ever come across.
Sticking to the facts and leaving out how much of a bummer this has been. Sorry to all you pet lovers out there going through this same thing.
-Placed my order on the last week of August.
-Spoke with them to confirm artwork request on a single LS Tshirt.
-Within a week, received artwork for approval and requested changes to be made, which they were and artwork was resent for further approval.
-9/27 product hasn't shown up, missed the birthday, and requested order status update/tracking number. NO RESPONSE
-10/15 Tried calling, machine answered with "person cannot be reached?"
-10/15 Sent an email through their "contact us" page on website, no response.
-Called my bank, reported them, received a "provisional credit" and bank is now pursuing them.
I do hope they fulfill my order, but at this time I have given up and will try another avenue.
Just like everyone else I too have been scammed by this piece of sh**. Ordered in November, was lead on over and over till I called them out for being a scam, and now I'm getting no reply. Hopefully all these reviews stop someone from going through this terrible experience but it seems that we all come here after already being scammed and it's too late.
So frustrated that I didn't look up this company. I ordered over 6 weeks ago (obvs in time for Christmas so it says on their website). Well it is Christmas Eve and my order is still "unfulfilled." I chose the whole body option they where quick to contact me within a week to pay extra for that and when I did no response since then (what was Dec. 1st). I wanted this bc our dog passed and my sister is so upset this was going to be such an amazing gift I am so furious. I wish I could tear them apart at this point. This is not how to run a business and they need to be freaking shut down! Stealing money from people and not sending out products.
Ordered in Nov 2018 a custom tote bag. Never got a response until right around the holidays that the art was ready, approved it and knew it would take a while. Then after New Years received a pillow in the mail. How does a company who makes custom items make the entire order wrong? I emailed immediately, and finally got a response 1 entire month later. Checked out their company Twitter and they claimed they only let emails sit for 48 hours. Lies! Not expecting much after reading the reviews. Use a different company, this one is not on the up and up. They should be ashamed and embarrassed about their business practices. This is some fyre festival crap.
Order placed Sept 10 and still don't have even after 3 emails telling me they are sorry but its wrapping up to ship that was Nov 19th 2018 it's all a big scam after I researched online and seeing so many others with the same problem, stupid me fool me once and you get a bad review... shame on you
