I was able to reach a customer service rep by chat right away. The answer I received was totally unacceptable. So I reached out to a supervisor by email. I received a response the next day. Claimed I was too stupid to enter me own home address correctly in the order form so my order was misdirected and not their fault. The address they claim I entered was nothing resembling my correct address and was nowhere near me. And yet my account showed my true correct address all while the cs rep claimed I had supplied the wrong information. Total scam!
