And as I said I very much want this product to work. I would still purchase items from you. Responding to me AFTER I tell you about this review is not good customer service. No need to respond to my email again just post on here. That's smart. How do I return this product when I had to modify my old one to get this nonsense "bolt on" to work. Will you be sending another one? Will you replace the parts for the one I modified? Will you compensate for the shipping and 40 times I had to take this thing on and off to inspect? Feel fee to email me back with the email address you already have.

You want it to work. You complain about it. They offer you a refund but that isn't good enough? Just go buy it somewhere else... jeez. You sound like a pain in the a$$.

This sounds like the Dustin Hoffman rant from hook "I want a dolly, i want a cookie, i want, i want, i want, me, me, me, mine, mine, mine, now, now... now..." time to grow up.
