Call customer care at 611 OR call 1-888-801-6232. You will verify your birth year and then you will press 3. But the hold will be very long. They give you a callback option but it can take 48 hours, so just plug the charger in, put it on speaker and go do your own thing while you hold for hours. They will probably not resolve what you are calling in about and the agent might get rude and then it will be harder to get through next time but that's how you get a live rep. Good luck!
Once you get the free phone you will never get an option that allows you to get to a live human. Every single option gives you automated answers for dummies, not helpful at all. Best option is to apply at another company and switch. There can't be anything worse than QLink.

Yes it is possible to get a person and to Faith M. There is worse than Qlinkwireless if you think Qlink is bad you don't want to try SafeLink they mixed up mine and my girlfriend's information and we were both without a phone for 2 weeks back to getting a person you need to be patient and I know how hard it can be but make your way through all the automated bull and be persistent about speaking to a customer representative and after a while you'll get someone but don't let them pass you along to someone else cause sometimes you get disconnected in the process and like Jeremy H. Said it does depend on how busy they are and always explain to the customer representative when you get them exactly what and why your calling and try not to get aggravated with the representative because they hire people that don't speak very good English most are from Puerto Rico or Guam so you're going to get upset but just try your best not to. God I can't tell you how many hours I've spent on the phone with SafeLink trying to get my phone working that's why I switched to Qlink and as long as you only need your plan every month and don't need to talk to anyone your all set I get my phone loaded up every month with unlimited talk, text and data. Like others have said it could be worse you could be paying $60-$70 bucks a month for one of Atnt or Verizon's unlimited plans
