Can I still receive a free tablet? I never received one and I applied for the bundle package before the ACP program expired. I don't understand why I never got it. Thanks for your support.

Many factors affect the network speeds. If there's heavy congestion on the network, weather, physical distance from nearest tower(s), any physical barriers such as walls/buildings/trees/etc between you and nearest tower, even number of users on your particular "node". Your phone is part of factors affecting service,do you know the "specs" of your phone, such as RAM size, and the processor? Have you tried talking to your service provider?

Answer:
Took long time for the shipment of the tablet for me never got tracking number. Personally I would have had a choice I would have preferred a desk top. I don't have a sim card for my tablet so have to use own wifi, and it's never fully booted up. Takes forever and then it has all kinds of errors and will not function, been like this since day I received it.
