Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Quirky staff and previous consumers.
I believe it is a scamming company. They will answer your emails with excuses up until you ask for a refund due to waiting too long for your item. At that point they say the item has been shipped, and deny your refund.
I emailed then 3 times, and they got back to me pretty quickly, up until the last time I emailed telling them that their tracking app wanted access to my emails, and I refused. I then asked again where is my order because I wasn't using their tracking app, and why I wasn't using it, and they have not answered me.
