I ordered a nail file drill on March 29,2020, and have not received anything from them. I'm at the point where I almost just call it a loss. Their communication sucks a**. It's the first and last time I'll ever do business with them.

I ordered this product over a month ago and still have not received my product. I keep getting the runaround that this is a mail problem, but their tracking number does not work. Furthermore, I did some research and found out that this veneer is available at Walmart and eBay, which I now realize should be far more reliable sources.

I ordered this item 4/28/2020. Never got it. Have no way of talking to anyone. When i started doing research i think i wont be getting anything because i had 36 hours to let them know i didnt get my package. How was i too know when you never read that early in advance. They took 80.00 from me. I dont think i will ever shop online again. Thanks to Quirky. Online Robbers!

The most terrible website I have ever used! I got redirected to this page and thought it was a great deal. I never leave reviews but be aware they are a scam then expect you to ship ba k to China for more then the price I paid! Scam, scammers website!

Ordered on May 6 and still no product yet. I'm believing this company is fraudulent, but how are they able to advertise on U. S social media sites. The company is in China and it doesn't advise you of that until after you placed the order. I would've never placed the order coming from China especially with Covid-19.

3 stars because I just ordered. What I don't get is why anyone loses their money. You have the option to use PayPal. I do. I have returned orders, and cancelled orders, and never had a problem getting my money back. The majority of reviews I read were complaints about late shipments, or not receiving the order at all, and not getting their money back. If you use PayPal, they will insure your refund.

Quirky has an amazing array of neat new home technology products. Sort of like a higher end more tech focused version of "as seen on TV" type products. But the cool thing is inventors can also submit their ideas and if they are chosen they are actually made! I don't know if the terms are worth it for inventors but if you are not going to build it anyway, it seems like it could be worth it.

100% You will lose your money and get unlimited stressed when place orders with this international online scammer. On May 13,2020 Quirky emailed me that "Your order is on the way", but my order has never come. You can use the YT tracking number on my order to check. According to Justice, Quirky must be placed in court for their scammings! Danm it...

I ordered a nail drill on April 18. I received an email stating it had shipped. Tracking shows it was last scanned on April 29th. I too tried to contact the company to cancel this order because their return policy says 30 days from purchase. They told me I couldn't cancel since it had shipped. It's now May 28th and it's still sitting somewhere over in China. It was only $25 and I've wasted that much money before but still very disappointed!

I ordered sneakers for a sick friend on April 4,2020 and she still has NOY received these sneakers. I am getting told they are on there way then I get a tracking number and it's in Chinese when you hit English nothing shows up. I have emailed this company at least 6 times and I get no where. I just want my friend to get these sneakers but at this point I just want my money back!

This is an absolute dog$#*! company that needs to be taken down. Do NOT waste your money. They will not send you anything and you definitely won't get a refund. Please, please, PLEASE do not order from them!

Ordered in April. I got suspicious when I wasn't notified of the status. I had no idea the product was coming from China. When I sent them an email, they stated that due to corona virus, they were disinfecting their packaging, and that corona virus was slowing them down. I decided o ask for a refund and was told no, that they had just shipped the item. (B's). I was then told to load up a tracking app named "shop" so I did... then, they showed me that the item which was a set of "magic teeth brace" from a company called "quirky prefer" that the item left China airport and landed somewhere in Indeed Kansas, I think it said, but after this... Unless I agreed to allow this "shop" app access to my email, that I wouldn't be able to track the item. I was not about to agree to that, so I still have no idea where my "magic teeth brace" item is at. A wasted 19.99, and I'm not the only one they're doing this to. I highly suggest do not place orders from China. I hate these liars, and scammer's.

I posted an idea for an invention I had to their website. And other users vote if it a good idea etc. I knew the risk but I was willing to take it. My invention was not chosen. A few years later I see my invention being sold online. So be aware other users might steal your idea if you don't have a patent or try to change a little bit of it to make their own. I suggest always using a NDA when showing your idea or inventions.

I placed an order over a month ago. When I realized it was coming from outside of the U.S. I contacted them to cancel. They told me since a shipping label was already created that they could not cancel (which is a bunch of BS). They also said shipping is usually 5 - 12 days and that I should get it in an additional 7-10 days. It has now been over 30 days and the package has still not left China. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOUR ORDER!

This is A Company That Should Be In Trouble With The Law, It's terrifying how Legitmate their Website appears to be, but they're actually no better than a group of Crackheads who cannot 'Wait' for you to be idiotic enough to part with your money, i ordered from these $#*!ers very early in May, here it is June 6 with no products, no messages to let me know what the hell's goin on with my purchase, and good luck being able to contact them, the phone number online is Just For Looks because there sure isn't anybody on the other side of it! THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED, Good Luck Getting What You Ordered! That i was Foolish enough to provide a $#*!ty site like this my Debit information makes me sick; Stay The $#*! Away From Them! You've Been Warned!

I ordered a product in May of this year up to this day still have not received. I emailed twice, the first time i did get a response the second time nothing. I asked for a refund got no response.

Goods purchased are no good, and appear to ignore my emails on refund, not a good site...
