Yes. You can cancel the order and go back in through Ebates. Sometimes it's worth it if it's a large cash back rebate.

I'm having an issue with my big fat payment. on my ebates account it shows my big fat check has been sent via paypal but when i check my paypal theres nothing... all my info is correct... i keep sending ebates mesages and i don't get an answer back. so frustrating
