on 12/26/14I think people have a tendency to complain versus compliment businesses and thats why you see bad ratings.
I've only had positive experiences. When I ordered a t-shirt and the colors weren't vibrant, I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and provided me with a gift card code that had the amount of the shirt on it. When I ordered a different shirt, I absolutely loved it! I've also ordered stickers twice and I'm so impressed with the quality. I've placed two orders with the wrong address on them, and customer service responded immediately and switched the addresses on the orders for me. I love this company. They do take a little bit longer to get your product, but that's only because they have to literally make your order, where as most other places only have to put your order in a box and send it.
I never received my pillow. They had to refund me.
I recirved my shirt in about 10 (business) days and it wasnt the color I expected. Apparently their idea of 'black' for that particular shirt was actually 'heather grey' and all I had to do was go to their website, click 'contact us' and an option for lice chat came up. I dont know what everyone else was doing for communication but it was easy and fast and they resloved my issue as well as adding a $10 credit to my next purchase. This is the only place I was able to find clothing for my husband in his size AND have options. I havent seen their fb page, but in my opinion and experience theyre worth ordering from.
Received the item a month after it was "shipped" I have ordered from them twice and the shirt quality and the print quality are just poor. Customer service is a joke, they take a long time to reply and when they do reply you never hear from them again. I got tired of whole thing I wanted to exchange the second shirt because it was the wrong size, wound up tossing the shirt. Money wasted, lesson learned. Their are better on demand t-shirt printers, don't believe the social media hype.
