I received a t-shirt that was given to me as a gift. The shipping was fine, but the shirt is so tiny it would fit my year old grand daughter. The person that gave me the gift has been trying to get a hold of customer service to exchange the t-shirt. They are not getting back to her? What is the problem? Has anyone else had this problem, if so, how did you get the exchange?

All you can do is email them. Unfortunately all you can do is email them. They do not have a customer service line. I ordered the wrong size sweatshirt for my son and they sent me a new one in the right size and allowed me to keep the old one. I was surprised. Just send them an email and allow a few days for them to get back to you but they will. Hope this helps!

The t-shirts on Redbubble are very small. The 2XL actually fits a "medium" woman's size. I am not large, certainly not 2XL but the 2XL was way too small for me.

There is a form on the website to request an exchange, and a customer service representative contacts you immediately.

They have live chat options under their 'contact us' area... I had absolutely no problem getting ahold of anyone or getting my (wrong color) issue resolved. Sorry you had to toss it...

Couldn't get an exchange, wound up tossing the t shirt, it was not a quality shirt and the print was of poor quality.
