Never use these people, carla.com. If you gave then the reservation fee I hope you can get it back. They took my money and never sent the reservation. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commision, and The Attorney Generals Office.

My friend you probably won't get a reservation number.

I suggest calling the place you are renting the carla car through (in my case I was renting through Carla to the budget car rental at the sarasota airport. Not all places have a 24 hr advance reservation needed so you may be okay
