Total scam. I've reported them to the BBB, The Federal Trade Commision and The Attorney Generals Office in the state their located in, in an attempt to get my money back.Good luck. Run the other way while you can.

Scam. They won't refund you anything while your reservation is titles with "free to cancel anytime". Run!

Scam scam scam! Won't refund because they say it's in their terms and conditions yet I was told I would be refunded and I was also told I'd get an answer in ten days. Well ten days came and went and nothing. Here I am almost a month after my issue and I have to hunt them down. So much for following your own terms and conditions. What a joke. Seriously people run far far away from carla car rental. Not worth the headache.

FRAUD! SCAM! And Google Play is responsible! There is no rental...at all...ever...this rent carla is totally fraud...and google play lets them keep frauding people...google play shall be sued!

They are a Scam! They use University and corporate promo codes to get you a rate on a rental! If the company you are renting ask you and you don't no, they automatically cancel your reservation and charge you the normal rate.

Carla is a scam, well 50 50. I don't know how you can run a business and not have a phone number for customers to get a hold of you when something goes wrong like car rentals and how you can put out a prepaid credit card that does not work it has no bank name on it and you cannot get your money off of it and nobody can answer any questions I would call that a scam
