It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!

I wouldn't want to be sued for defamation but I feel screwed when I didn't get the room I requested and then they refused to either give back the money or the room. When you go directly to the hotel, they take your credit card information to hold the room but don't charge until you actually stay in the room!

Legit company I guess, but would say that their business practices are not legit and are a total scam!

A scam! Was told I could get no refund bc I canc my reservation when in reality the hotel kept saying they never received a reservation from this company

It is a scam company. Do NOT use them. You have been warned! They can try to sue me if they want. I have good attorneys that can make their lives miserable. Here is the truth. It is a racket. I made a reservation (by mistake) by calling this company. I thought that I was talking to the actual hotel front desk. I was driving and trying to call a hotel while driving. The agent that you talk to never highlights the non-refundable part of your reservation. Our travel plans then changed. We actually stopped at the hotel to cancel the reservation. We were told at the hotel that we could not cancel it. I immediately used by cell phone to cancel the reservation through the Reservation Desk. Then a day later, I get billed for the full amount for a stay that I never even stayed at. Surprise! Surprise! I was told by this company that I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!

Scam. They lie about the room, the rates and the charge $16 without even mentioning. Do not use

It is not honnest at all. It is a trap. They got paid and they don't care about you and son't do anything to help you

Scam if you need them to change your dates! You lose your purchase price, which they have already collected!

I would call them scam artists and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I was told that when I cancelled a reservation within 4 hours, I was already "in the penalty" time frame and would not get a refund.

I believe it's a company, but wouldn't call it legitimate
