Very easy and quick. I went to the Pillar and Post Inn and Spa 21 years ago with my daughter for her birthday. We enjoyed it so much! She was pregnant at the time with my grand daughter. I remember it was a unique and historic Inn. The natural hot spring was my first. The massages and facials were wonderful! Now my daughter will be 50 this June. I wanted to have a memorable get away. It was so convenient to make our reservations this way. I didn't have to pay $1 a minute with my cell phone use.
I booked 2 rooms 3 weeks ago or so and the hotel on the night of check in only had one reservation in their system. We were on the phone for 50 minutes trying to get a refund. It was four people in my family and we were in town for the celebrity game. The one room they had was 1 bed. All of this took place at 12:00 midnight. U think they said sorry or tried to offer a discount or anything for our inconvenience. They did not. The service was horrible.

We had an issue with my son checking in at another hotel. Very stressfull… until we spoke to Nada (I believe thats how its pronounced). Basically, we were able to speak with Angel the night before Easter! Dont ever let her go! Amazing customer service! She just made you guys look (econlodge) look amazing. Give her a raise or a bonus! Lol

To improve this process I think a better explanation of the room being booked would help out justifying the price difference for a king gold room river view. Low 400 to high $600.00. Also why is a Canadian hotel on its home page quoting its rooms with no indication till you have to assume do to the increased price at check out that it was listed in USD.

I found this website to be surprisingly simple and quick. I would use this reservation desk again. Having 3 kids, I love staying as Embassy Suite hotels because of the spacious rooms, 2 tvs and complimentary breakfast. It saves a family of 5 a few dollars to enjoy other things.
Booking a Disneyland trip for the family and Embassy Suites allows us to stay nearby with complimentary shuttle servieces.

We love staying at this motel as it has always been clean in the rooms, quiet as far as not hearing "neighbors", desk staff friendly and close to Eugene airport! Thank you, Rosemarie

I am enjoying Best Western in many locations the last 4 trips. Clean with great staff. Respectable complimentary breakfast and location
It was late while at another B W in Kelowna. I had to Adjust dates to repeat stay. So, to book the room I prefer at all times. I used Reservation Desk for a successful reservation.

We stayed there last year for bowling and really enjoyed ourselves. The Staff was very friendly and helpful with a smile.

I was able to make reservations for a room on-line with no problem. We will be attending a performance in March so wanted to get tickets too. Found that nearly impossible on-line so called and spoke to a VERY friendly young lady who helped me through the whole process and even gave me a tip for more perks and savings once I arrived! I am so very satisfied and pleased by the call that in the future, rather than trying to do it myself on-line, I will definitely be calling and talking to your super friendly, helpful staff!

Great experience easy to navigate. Love that this hotel has a pool and hot tub and that my child stays for free with me. Also that you allow pets in certain rooms is a huge bonus.
