They assured me a supervisor would review my complaint because they would not allow me to cancel. I forced the 3rd rep to cancel and was told I would not receive a refund. My cost was $1,578.26. They sent me a voucher for 1/2 of the initial price. To use in the future. They are a joke, but they seem to be getting away with it so far. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was told there have been other complaints about them. AVOID THIS VENDOR AT ALL TIMES.

Reservation made as a Fully refundable - they changed it to Non Refundable - When I questioned it they froze my account -- when I called my credit card and inquired they cancelled my reservation - kept my money and refused to refund it to my credit card
For 2 month is non-sense had been going on to date still no resolution - and my trip in in two weeks

When you call them the same day of they tell you to email them. It took them 72 hours to respond and tell you can only change the reservation the day of.... its bull$#*!.
They would not help me the day of -- and responded 3 days later.

I searched for a Fairfield Inn on my phone. When I chose check availability it took me to Reservation Stays not Marriott, I did not realize this.
1-Reservation Stays never verbally disclosed the name of their company. Only in the confirmation after I paid.
2- Reservation Stays representative stated I could cancel or change up to 48 hours before arrival. I called 72 hours prior and was told I could not make any changes.
3- Marriott could not confirm I have a reservation yet.
Do not use this company.

So I called this number got it from google trying to reserve a hotel room gage them my info seemed legit but when we got to the hotel no reservation was even made at all and when I called for a confirmation number they gave me a number went to the front desk and they said they did not have that number of conformation so they took 129$ out of my account for a room I didn't even get to stay in!

I made a last minute decision to use this website to reserve a room in Panama City and to my surprise the website charges were almost 100% more than the hotel room price. I don't understand how hotels allow websites like this one to charge excessive prices. DO NOT USE THEM.

Booked a reservation for 5 nights $824 and canceled within a week due to unforeseen circumstances. I got my cancellation confirmation and a notice that my cc would be fully refunded and guess what? They have not refunded me and keep giving me the runaround 😡

They are a third party booking company that doesnt offer ANY cancellations or refunds. I made a reservation in error and within 20 minutes called the number from the confirmation email. They offer NO help whatsoever and keep your money. Their website makes it look like a hotel website, but it is NOT. STAY far, far away! I think they're in India..

I won't go as far as to call the third party booking place as a scam, but I do believe their intent is to commit fraud or at the least to just ignore customer requests. To make the reservations you must pay in full ahead of travel. They did in fact make the reservations for me at a Hilton and gave the Hilton a virtual credit card to use when I checked in. I used them to book a two night stay with a guarantee that I could cancel with full refund if done by April 17. The guaranteed cancellation and refund was described on the confirmation they sent me. My plans changed and I first called on April 14 (got a foreign speaking representative who couldn't help). On April 15 I followed with an e-mail. I had requested a modification to one night, but assumed if they couldn't amend my reservation that I would be able to exercise the cancellation with full refund clause. At this point I have to say, their Customer Service is horrendous.
They send a no reply e-mail "we received your e-mail and will get back to you". They didn't get back to me that day or the next (April 15 or 16). In fact they didn't respond until April 18 when the guaranteed cancellation and refund clause had ended. Out of desperation, I called the Hilton directly and they graciously changed the reservation from two to one night. I originally paid $472 to reservationstays.com; I ended up only needing $154 plus tax for the one night at the Hilton. I have made many attempts to get a refund of the $306 paid and not used. Every single response is that your booking was non-amendable and non-refundable. I provided them with their confirmation showing it was refundable had they acted before April 17...and they simply ignore it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THE THIRD PARTY BOOKING COMPANY.

Booked my hotel through Reservation Stays and the total was $676.94. When I checked out from the hotel and received my folio the bill was listed at $367.90.
I called Reservation Stays and got NOWHERE with them. Reservation Stays will charge you double without an explanation of taxes and fees.
We were charged $309.04 more than what the hotel would charge!

My wife made a reservation for me thinking she was dealing directly with Marriott. Unfortunately this site paid Google to be at the top of my wife's search. Had to leave 2 days early. Provided customer support with requested letter from Marriott authorizing refund. No refund issued and when I called multiple times was told their representative had to talk with their "travel partner". They are liars. Will be seeking legal redress. Stay far, far away. Be careful when you search to be sure you are selecting the hotel, car rental or airline sites directly not charlatans like these.

I attempted to book a hotel through their website. They do not obscure your card number which is a security risk. They do not check room availability before charging your card. It was a sponsored site so it was at the top of my google search. From now on, I will be booking reservations through the hotel website.

I called 3-25 to add another night's stay for my daughter's short honeymoon. I later realized that made it for the wrong date. All they could tell me was "It's not refundable". No consideration for the disappointment to the Newlyweds and their mom who was trying to enhance their first night in marital bliss! I am extremely disappointed. I was booked via Expedia, how was I connected to this awful third-party booking company? I will get my money back because the notes on my receipt states I was adding a night!

Within 5 mins of making my booking realized I had selected the wrong date, called in to see if there was anyway they could change this as it was a simple error on my part. Be mindful this was within minutes, called and I was #326 in the que to be answered. After 3 hours and 37 mins of wait - there was no other options but to wait that long, they could not help me and I was out the $650 period. There was no way they would help me.
I ended up going to the hotel directly and getting the right dates for 150 less than reservation stays price. Total scam these people are and refusing to help me change or even offer any assistance. NEVER again will I use third party booking when you get the true hotel cheaper and so accommodating to work with. NEVER AGAIN

If I could give this company zero stars, I definitely would. We tried to book a hotel room through this company and we required them to find us a hotel that would take a dog they confirmed that we could book a hotel room and then when we arrived at the hotel, they told us they do not accept pets. When I tried to get a refund, they told me I needed to provide proof of purchase of another hotel room so I sent the receipt for the other hotel that we had to book. I then received an email stating I would get a refund in 5 to 7 business days. Suddenly they decided to change their story and claimed that they didn't receive a request for a hotel that accepts pets from us even though we had called twice to request a hotel that takes pets. It is clear that this business is shady and they scam people. Don't ever book through them because you will probably get fraudulent charges on your credit card in the future. I encourage anyone who has a bad experience to contact the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully this business will be out of business in the near future.

Booked 4 nights, had to leave one day early. They sent me request for hotel chain to provide info on stay to get refund/credit. Hotel chain said all info requested about funds they collected from me and funds they paid hotel was already in Reservation Stays' files.
Relayed this info to Reservation Stays and they replied with response that issue was closed.
So with a curt response they rip off a one-time customer for over $200.
All thefts do not occur at gun point.
Hotel chain advised that these type issues are readily resolved to their customers satisfaction through their system. However, I was told that third part reservations frequently create problems like this that they are out if their hands to correct.
Lesson learned: Reserve through hotel chain for integrity and customer service.

Planned a romantic getaway with my wife. Reserved a king size bed with a jacuzzi. Got to the hotel and all they had were double rooms with 2 double beds. What a huge disappointment. Called the 800 number and was told I was number 200 in the queue. Paid a bunch more for the nicer room but got the cheapest room. Now I have to cancel my payment and go through all that hassle. I was very skeptical after booking through this company due to the horrible reviews. I know 95% of things posted online are the bad because it is rare for someone to post when something is good. For this reason I decided to leave a good review for our great stay. Everything was exactly as listed in our agreement. Check in was seamless! The only additional charge that we had, we were made aware of at booking and it was for the resort fee. Over all, no issues and I would definitely use this company again!

Always check your agreement with any company you use. Make sure you know what you're agreeing to and with ANY reservation, check with the hotel for confirmation.

My mother accidently booked thru these scammers instead of Marriott without even realizing it. We get to our hotel and they see our reservation but no money has been released to them from Reservation Stays. They let us go ahead and check in while they investigate. Turns out the phone number goes to Dubai. We ended up having to pay the hotel, which was much cheaper than what RS charged. So now we're disputing the charge with Mom's credit card company. Stay away from Reservation Stays!
