How do I get a human being to answer my complaint? I bought four vouchers to a restaurant and drove 40 min there and back to use one. They wouldn't accept it and said they never authorized "restaurant.com" to put their restaurant on their website! So, I've been emailing and trying to call for months! Nobody will help me!

Same thing happened to me. There is no live person to talk to. They will give you a credit to use on another voucher but you will probably run into the same problem.

It's very difficult, but if you keep trying you might get somebody. I had several issues with them that I tried to resolve, and finally I realized it was worthless, so I don't try anymore. No more Restaurants.com for me!

I have a reataurant and I NEVER authorized these coupons, and will NOT honor them! I have physically spoken on the phone with them SEVERAL times AND sent out noumorous emails! Still, coupons remain on there website! As much as $50 off a meal! I am a small business and can NOT afford to accept these coupons, plus, why the hell does this site bank on consumers money that was paid to use against these small businesses? The businesses do not get a penny, instead maybe a few new faces! It's a multimillion dollar scam. It's sad the money they've cashed in already on this poorly ran system > :(

You will NEVER get anyone to answer you. I sent email after email and got only a form response. This is a TERRIBLE, DISHONEST business. Just walk away...

WRITE A REPORT VIA COMPUTER ON BBB. They will handle the rest. It's free and the only way you can deal with this terrible "company"

If it is not a scam it is the poorest excuse for a business I have ever seen. Bobbi C. I agree with all of the above except Camille B. I doubt you will ever get a person. I wish people would research before doing this. My friend told this was wonderful. That was back when there was customer service. To say the company went downhill doesn't even come close to reality.

I COULDN'T GET A HUMAN TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS FOR 3 DAYS, THEN I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WHO TOLD ME HOW TO EXCHANGE THE CERTIFICATES THAT THE RESTAURANT WOULD NOT ACCEPT- BUT WHEN I LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS, IT WOULD NOT LET ME ENTER THE CERTICATE NUMBERS THAT I WAS TRYING TO EXCHANGE-WHAT A HEADACHE! IT KEPT GIVING ME AN ERROR MESSAGE- SO I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN AFTER WRITING A BAD REVIEW- BECAUSE THE CERTIFICATES THAT I WAS TRYING TO EXCHANGE COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT- SO I WROTE A SCAM REVIEW- AND EMAILED AGAIN, FINIALLY SOMEONE NAMED ELIZABETH DELGADO EMAILED BACK AND ASKED ME TO TRY THE EXCHANGE AGAIN[ ALL OF A SUDDEN, THE CERTIFICATES RE-APPEARED INTO MY ACCOUNT- YOU WILL NOT GET A HUMAN PERSON TO TALK TO AS THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER[ PROBABLY DUE TO THE ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS THAT THEY ARE GETTING- YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON MY ACCOUNT AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN, THEN CLICK GIFT CARDS, 2ND OPTION UNDER THE BLUE HEADING CALLED MY ORDERS- FIND THE E GIFT CARD THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO REEM, CLICK ON REDEEM LINK AND CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT[ ONLY ONE AT A TIME IS ALLOWED WHICH IS ALSO A PAIN] THEN ENTER YOUR ZIP CODE, CHOOSE ANOTHER RESTAURANT - CLICK ON REDEEM NOW[ CLICK ON REDEEM NOW TO VERIFY THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRY THE NEW RESTAURANT- THIS IS A VERY FRUSTRATING PROCESS AND A PAIN IN THE NECK- GOOD LUCK!

Definitely a scam. They offered coupons for our restaurant without our approval or permission. We had to turn the customers away because we never authorized the coupons.

That won't help! I spoke to someone before they completely stopped answering the phone and their attitude pissed me off more than the actual problem. I'll I can say is too bad you didn't read this site before you purchased anything from these people!

Its not a scam i use it all the time. Trying to figure out why the coupons dont show up on bobbis account when she logs in so she can exchange them
