I ordered and received three items and one must be returned. i found the return label for shipping but no way to indicate that i would like a refund.

Hi Lynn, I'm sorry to hear that one of the items didn't work out. We will automatically issue a refund for any returns received within 60 days of the order date (our return policy was recently extended in light of current events). Hello. what carrier delivers to my door in canada. how do you ship to canada

Hi Steve, Thanks for reaching out! We have a couple different shipping options for our customers in Canada. We offer Priority Shipping provided by DHL free of charge. Transit time for that option is typically between 5-8 days and it's important to note that this option does not include duties/taxes. Additionally, we offer an Express DDP shipping option that allows you to prepay duties & taxes in checkout on our site. We offer Standard shipping which does not include duties/taxes and typically takes around 10-12 days to arrive. There is also an Express shipping option that allows you to prepay duties and taxes and transit time for that option is typically between 4-6 days. I hope this information is helpful! Hi, do i receive a track & trace code if i order from the netherlands, so i can follow my package?

If i were to ship the product to hong kong and spent over usd 100 would it be recommended to take standard shipping or express shipping to be faster?

I recommend going with the Express shipping for a faster delivery time and that option comes with tracking as well whereas Standard shipping does not. What is your return policy? i see an item that i want but am unsure of my size. i wanted to order two sizes just to be sure of my correct size. the one that will not fit i want to send back.

Hi Shareca! You are certainly welcome to buy two sizes. We accept returns within 30 days for a full refund and within 60 days for store credit or an exchange.
