I have been trying to contact customer service for 1 hour, all I get is a recording telling me about RFD services, all I want is to check on my subscription. It appears as though you need help in that department.

Why has the Cumberland Highlanders been taken off on Saturday nights and moved to early Thursday mornings when most people cannot watch it. We are very unhappy with the change and do not like the show that replaced it. We change channels when it comes on. Also, I have tried sending you 5 emails regarding this issue to the email address that is listed on your webpage and it keeps coming back undeliverable. It would be nice if you had an email address that worked.
