Dear Perspective Buyer(s), do not purchase anything from this seller. I have purchased several items back-to-back (before I became aware of the quality of the merchandise) and the quality of the clothes should be illegal, they did not send the items I paid for, and all of the clothes had a very unpleasant odor. Lastly, a co-worker purchased a wig from this company and the wig looked like colored finely shredded plastic fiber. I have written the Better Business Bureau about this company and the other companies they own, i. E. Fashion Mia, etc. Please do not waste your money.

Please do not buy anything from this seller. I am actually trying to take legal action that would bar this seller from marketing in the United States. They are an absolute scam and I can't believe I actually purchased from them because I usually research everything before purchasing.

Take the money you were going to spend on a wig from Rosegal. Divide it into two piles. Take one pile and set it on fire. Take the other one and put it back in your wallet. You now have just as much nice new wig as you would have if you ordered from Rosegal and twice as much money. Seriously. RUN.

There is nothing of quality sold here. Questionable business and horrible customer service. You'll get more satisfaction flushing your money down the toilet.

I can't answer that question because I haven't purchased any wigs. But going by the manufacturering of there clothing I wouldn't trust them.

By now you can see other opinions about this Rosegal site and practices, so why ask...? Are you still in doubts...? Even to let them know by Unsubscribe they don't react, go and think what can be expected from them if you dare pay for anything... They advertise a lot and trap the innocent. Don't be one of those victims. Avoid.

Do not buy anything from rosegal, they even claimed to refund me and got a text saying the money was in my account, when i checked whether the funds available, the money wasnt reflecting

I don't know personally but I would imagine their wigs are the same as their clothes... TERRIBLE and made with the CHEAPEST MATERIAL available! I went to USPS yesterday to return all the items I purchased and it's going to cost me more money to return them than I spent. Scammers... don't do it... save your money... China doesn't play by the rules

I wouldn't risk buying a wig from this Company - firstly the chances r low that u will receive it & if u do it will b very poor quality or the wrong colour & nothing like the picture

If their clothes is any indication of their quality, take our advice and just dont do it. It wouldn't last anyway so don't waste your money. Go to Sally's or somewhere else where you can determine the quality for yourself

Do not purchase anything from this company - or its affiliates. Who know what material it will be made of. If you do manage to get it and the quality is bad (i'm sure it will be) you will not be able to return it. I never received all of my order and what i did receive went to goodwill - AND no refund.

DO NOT purchase anything from this website. Save your money. Everything is cheaply made from overseas. It took two months for me to get my order and when it finally arrived, the jacket was literally coming apart at the seams. I tried contacting them directly, to no avail. So I found this website and posted publicly. It was only then they tried to fix the matter. AND they had the audacity to ask me to REMOVE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW.

Save your money and time. Do not order anything from Rosegal. This business is a scam and the quality of the merchandise is definitely not worth it. If you don't like the item they send you and want to return it, forget it they actually don't have a customer service department and you will be out the money you've spent. I'm out $56.95 because I can't get them to send me the address to return my items that don't fit and are extremely cheaply made.

However I got a partial refund from them and I'm still waiting for the rest of my goods. I was given a deadline date on February 21 to receive it. I'm waiting patiently

I received 1 of the 2 wigs I bought from them. It's ok but nothing to get excited about. Was more intested in the other one i ordered months ago but never arrived..

I haven't ordered any but with the bad quality of their products I can't imagine they are.

I have only bought a women's corset from them and that one was good quality and arrived quickly, but I haven't bought any wigs so I wouldn't know if they're good quality or not.
