on 7/1/15What I did was buy the tracking package service it cost $1.50 dlls and you can track your package all the way, they use regular mail service thats why its really slow but this way its faster, im from Mexico and I recieved the package in 4 weeks more less, you can contact them trough email also

No kidding! I have been waiting for my bathing suit for four months now. And there is nobody to contact. Their phone number does not work and neither does their live chat
As some of the other lovely ladies mentioned submit a ticket and keep copies of all correspondence with them. Cut and paste in word document so you have some conversation back-up because they cut you off when they want to, even if the problem is not corrected. Best of luck.
You want to submit a ticket. They usually answer within 24-48 hours. Most of the time...
Go online to their website and send them a "ticket" and ask them that way. I finally received my bathing suit I ordered but it is too small and I ordered an XL. So warning items are made super small! Hope that helps you.
Definitely always get the tracking package service and insurance if its offered on your order. I don't care if you're ordering over seas or within your state or country that's just smart when shopping online.:-)
If you've not already opened a ticket, do that. Go to "contact us" and click on "create a support ticket" To make things go more quickly always include your item numbers and order numbers, the date, all the information you could possibly give them.:-)
Aside from that, unfortunately I do not know. I've not ever had any problems like this from rosegal and I'm sorry that you are. I hope it all works out! I do understand the frustrations with not having your items you purchased when you were wanting them.! God Bless!
