I never received my purchase. Customer service is completely absent on website, through chat or phone. You can't contact them. Finally, I filed a complaint through Paypal and heard from someone who said my shipment would take 45 days from China. Yea, right. When was the last time you ordered something online and there was no customer service, then have to file a complaint for a refund to find out that it will take over a month for you to get your items? This company has been reported for scam investigation.

TERRIBLE, they also responded to my review saying they emailed me and would work it out and they never did. Their customer service are liars and they lie on this site too saying they are sorry and are fixing it. They arent and they are rude rude rude. I asked for a refund and they delayed the responses for so long so they couldnt give me one. When I asked a shipping question twice they replied within the same day. Inquire about returns you will not hear back for weeks. DONT ORDER, it is a scam and your clothes will look nothing like the picture and will not fit.

It's crap! Walmart has better quality. My one irked was sent with random stitching and holes I couldn't even fix it

Clothes from this site are of the poorest quality. I was unable to wear any of the items I purchased. There is NO customer service because no one will ever respond to your emails or contact you to discuss your problem. There is no live chat as they advertise either. I consider this a scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

As I said, I was very nervous after reading the reviews, which unfortunately I read after I placed my order. In my order confirmation it did say that it could take up to 25 BUSINESS days to arrive. It took 17 business days. 24 regular days. The quality was not the best, however, at $15 a piece for bathing suits, I wasn't expecting much. They are wearable, they fit. I will probably only get a few uses out of them, but that's ok. I didn't have to deal with customer service at all, so I can't speak on that.

Absolutely terrible. Haven't received my purchased merchandise that I ordered on July 1st. Every review ever read is negative and obviously a scam. Buyer beware. Just glad I'm only out $15 bc it could have been way worse. Still concerned if they might take small amounts out of my banking account.

Horrible site do not order from here! Refund... they told me to sell the items. Horrible quality and size... they told me sorry were sized for Asians who are smaller.

Hello the quality of the clothes is cheap but that was expected since their prices are so low I did receive my clothes on time so I didn't have a problem with that and I received everything the only thing is the size was totally off my large is like an extra extra small it doesn't even fit my daughter who is tall 57 but is very slim

If you want your items quickly, don't bother ordering. I placed my order on 6/6 and didn't receive it until Saturday (7/31) AFTER filing a paypal complaint and claim. I ordered a M in both a bikini and tank top. The bikini fit my 13 year old (size 0-1) and the tank top is marked XL even though it fits like a M. Quality is very poor, though you can only tell if you are the person wearing or laundering the items. Hope this helps!

Horrible! Their customer service is complete liars. I was told on this site I would get a full refund and they would fix the problem. They never have. I have had to escalate a claim thru PayPal and they are still refusing to refund! Quality is terrible. Items arrived damaged with rips and holes... no tags and just thrown in a little bag with a sku number on it.

Service is very slow and unprofessional, Quality... I received my shirts and it looks like they have been made by children, 20% cotton 80% plastic

Quality of clothing is chintzy at best. It kind of feels like that dry, rough cheap quality. A little hard to explain. Also you know how dresses usually come with an under layer (almost like a slip)? Their under layers are much shorter than the outer layer almost as if it had been dried in a dryer or something. I kept wanting to pull it down but it didn't work. All the dresses are really short too, so definitely not something for work although maybe ok for going out. I couldn't personally wear any of it without tights or something. Service has been painful so far. Their online ticketing system is crap and the staff avoids answering your questions while making you do more just to return something. Like take photos and submit but you can only submit 3 photos at a time and they have to be small because you can't upload normal sized files.

I've ordered shoes and boots from them and the quality is what you'd expect for the price but as someone else mentioned no one would ever know once you are wearing them and I like that they have with the designs as they are a little bit different. I'm waiting for a first order of clothes which regardless of the size chart they have I am thinking they may not fit so until I can gauge their sizes haven't spent too much with the view I'll donate them to a charity shop if too small. They do take a long time to arrive though. I ordered some items from Dresslily at the same time and they arrived within about 10 days but it could be due to stock availability of the product at the time of order as opposed to Rosegal being slow to dispatch. I also had a problem with paying for expedited delivery with one order when I discovered that it's not available in my area, I had to fight to get a full refund on postage but that was only because they sent it express and did offer me a portion of the cost but as it still took forever I complained for a full refund. It took about a week of correspondence but they refunded me in full. I would recommend shoes/boots for the styles for shoes to wear occasionally I don't think they last for every day wear.

I've ordered from Rosegal on a handful of occasions, mainly because the clothing is so cheap! Usually when I do it's because I want something different for a special occasion, vacation or something like that so I rarely wear the clothing more than a couple times. The quality has always been pretty good - given the price. I've always received my shipment in the time they say and the one time I did have a problem customer service did what they could. No, it wasn't a full refund. No, I couldn't send my item back BUT my item was a swimsuit and considered intimate clothing. Even if I went into a store I wouldn't expect them to take it back - ugh!

Obviously some have had a pretty bad experience with this company but I have yet to have one. I'd recommend this site to friends and family still. Just beware it does take a while to get your items and the items aren't going to be 100% grade A quality - I mean gee whiz you can get a swim suit for 8$... but to me it's worth it!:-)

Listen. Quality isn't great. Service I haven't bothered with cuz I figured it's china and its cheap enough that if it doesn't fit i would call it a loss. However. I LOVE the things i got from them. One didn't fit and I had to sew it. The rest did and although cheap, no one else can tell that and I received nothing but compliments. Hey won't last long but for 10$ I received more compliments at the beach with that than my 80$ tops from express. I would give it a try on something cheaper and say what the hell. Why not
