Junk from china i mean total junk dont order i paid 2 bucks for tracking my notice said your order has been shipped from china later i checked my order is in usa thats not tracking geez then finally it came in reg mail i open one falls apart in my hand other has 2 big black flaw spots in the front never again

Right after paypall contracted them, they agreed to pay me back my money and sent me a note letting me know that they apologize... ra ra ra ra! Paypal is refunding the money as it has not been that long... thx PayPal

Please do the following to ensure your questions are answered correctly and your shopping experience expectations are met. I would easily bet that all the cranky reviewers have not done this simple thing. On the bottom left of Rosegals first page is a topic of About Us. Click on that and from there you will see SO much helpful information. Helpful info, Q&A etc. there is a massive amount of detailed information that will help you set your expectations with the proper unformation and not from cranky reviewers who had not done this. So rather than ask this forum (who would be making a significant majority of guesses or partial detail), I really suggest you take the time to read all of it for the info you require.
Then enjoy some bargains knowing when you order how a large international company operates. As a side note, I simply can not get my head around how some reviewers think an international company runs like an American one, use UPS for shipping with UPS tracking numbers etc. What the?
Logic, common sense and reading the very detailed and easy to understand information will allow you avoid becoming one of those very unhappy and uninformed reviewers.

I received my order from 2 different warehouses in China. I didn't have any major problems. Have also made several orders from this company with no problem. I did purchase a dress a while ago, tiny little thing when I received it, but I ordered wrong size, so it looks lovely as a top with jeans. :)
