I have responded so many times about this company it makes me angry. They are still scamming people out of their money after all the complaints and bad reviews. Listen girls. It DOES NOT STOP WITH ONE ORDER! They not only charged me for what I ordered, but also got me for another 196.00 for things I didn't order. I ordered 1 item for under 20.00 including shipping. Never recieved anything, and when I finally got ahold of an actual human on the phone. They stated they could only help me if I gave them my bank account information and a copy of my drivers license! Do you know what they can do with this info? I can't be the first or last they've tried this with. They change the name of their companies often and change their phone numbers even more often. Call to order and no problem. Call because of an issue? Good luck. This company also goes under the name Sammydress, Dress lily and I can't even remember the others right now because it's late. SCAM!

Everyone has had this problem with them. The USA needs to delete their website. Oh how I wish that was possible. Please stop ordering from them. I had the same problem plus more. I never got a refund or credit. They absolutely STUCKS!

Adinea A, or Neiabr from Boston or whatever other fake handle you're using... You're full of crap. I tried to order from them and either got crap, the wrong items, or things that were broken. Their customer service is horrific and the do NOT refund your money. It's a scam. And you're a part of it.

Yes, they are a rip off! I have an item that i never received, from November! And you can't reach them on the phone, and when i tried to send a complaint, the computer system couldn't find my order number!

They are a very unreliable company. It took over a month to receive my coat. When it came, it had a hole in the pocket and they WOULD NOT let me return it. They just kept playing games, and all of the phone numbers are fraudulent.

Have not heard anything positive Facebook should not have such sites on their website too many people are scammed and out of money

I added another review so I will make this brief. I have no idea who is posting positive reviews. You have been ripped off. Swimsuits were exactly what was ordered and the size chart is inaccurate and the under wire on the top was hanging out before I even took it out of the package. They had to have known it was like that because it wasn't hanging out just a little. How did you pay for it? Work with your Bank if you paid for it that way. Take copies of your communication with Rosegal.com and some from this website to your Bank. Rosegal will try and use the bathing suit policy and maybe offer half you money but I believe with the Support of this Website and explaining that they won't provide a return address (the return address on your package is to a software company here in the U.S. so they have people working with them. If you want to order from China order through Ebay where they have your back because you can find the same kind of store's only if you have a problem Ebay has your back. Our U.S. money is very valuable in China it is like $6 to $1 U.S. dollar. I am sorry for you loss. I think given enough time people give up and they are making millions+. Order your swimsuits from Ebay, anyplace in the U.S. or go to the Goodwill Thrift shop where you can find NEW bathing suits. Hope you can find the other review I posted.

It took 3 months for me also and I received 1 of 3 items. And they wont give you money back, just tell u since u didn't pay extra for tracking then its on its way lol. This was in October of last year when I ordered also. Sorry this place rips you off. All you can do is warn others til somehow they go out of business.

Yup. I hope you used Paypal for your purchase. Because paypal is the ONLY hope you have if getting your money back. You won't get your stuff. Im sure they already charged you for all of it. Chances are the swim suits are unavailable. This just happened to me. Paypal issued a refund after a joke of a 8.00 refund was offered for nearly 70.00 worth of missing stuff. Good luck

I also had the same problem. I have tried calling them number of times... When I did get my swimsuit, it was so small for a large. I did try to call them. No answer. Very poor service... Good luck. I wouldn't order anything again..

I placed an order in November and never received it. They debited my checking and took my money though. I have tried to call the number and e mail the numbers in my original confirmation letter sent to me by them with absolutely no luck. They should take this ad off the Facebook because its a hoax. They take your money and don't deliver. I have read from some that purchases are not made well, some shipped months apart, some were not sized properly because they use small Asian woman as compared to American women for measuring. I am just very displeased and I hope you either get your money back, which I read they only give you partial refund, or receive your goods which I must say is very unlikely

I had the same problem, ordered two things and one turned up. Don't worry, the other one might turn up like mine did. It was a month or two later though that the second item turned up. Neither of the items were good quality and I got a size 12 dress when I ordered an 8. The site is rubbish and I wouldn't bother using them again. Keep trying to email them and you might get a reply in a 2 or 3 Weeks but I doubt they'll reimburse you

Hello! Bathing suits first was on back order and now they said they sent it out. I didn't receive my lasst order bathing suit. Don't waste your time waiting for it. The fabric isn't like swimsuit like a thin material will fall off in the pool. I suggest to buy from sears or something like that! Good luck!

I have had the exact experience. I ordered a dress and belts from them WAY in advance for a special family outing at a 5 star restaurant. I only ever recieved the belts. When questioned months later I was given the excuse of the dress being out of stock. WHY ON ESRTH, was the dress STILL listen for sake and was out off stock. I recieved no notice. Nothing. I threatened them with action against them through my bank and paypal if I did not get my refund due to reading reviews about them. They then sent me an auto mated cancelation email staying "we're sorry you wanted to cancel cause 1 or more of our products were out of stock". It's sad they have an automated email stating that, it's obviously common excuse. The email stated I would get a refund in a couple days. I waited 2 weeks and verbally abused them with my final warnings and I got my refund right then. However I was not refunded for the postage insurance. I was obviously out of a fancy dress and they had my funds to get a new one for the event.

Yes they also tried to take my money, I hounded, contacted PayPal and then joined sitejabber and left my review. They saw the review and contacted me asked me to remove my review they would then send me a refund. Yea right, I told them I would not change review until I got a refund, I finally did after weeks...

Yes, unfortunately I do have experience with them in the exact same way. I ordered three items, they sent one, ignored my attempts at contact, then gave me the run around when I became relentless. They have stolen from thousands of people this way, they are currently under investigation internationaly for cyber fraud. Report them to your consumer protection agencies and stay on them. I wish you luck and a full refund!

I've been ordering from then almost every week or every other week.
They costumer service have been really helpfull every time that i contact them.
Try to send a ticket on the support center with your order number and tell that is a missing item on your order. I'm prety sure the money will be sent back to your account. It happened with me. Also next time that you going to place an order ask about the availability before finish it and allways choose for express shipment. Even if you pay a little more you can be sure to get a track number wich will make everithing easier for you.;)
