I am going to challenge you and appear so rude. I think you do work for rosegal or are a puppet for them. I read the customer reviews too and when you get mostly 1 star then the majority of people think they are bad. 2 closets full of clothes. Really? I looked at your profile and it is not complete. Sorry but here in the western world we believe in customer service! If they(you) can't respond promptly to my request for a simple damn exchange, you deserve poor ratings! You don't blame the customer! You just do what the customer wants! It's called customer service!
Apparently, you have no idea what this is! Damn Rosegal! I've completed several tickets with no damn responses! They suck! I've been in the service business for 30 years! In America! After 16 weeks and several sarcastic emails. I finally received the dress last week. It's a completely different colour and completely see through. Cheap crap. Obviously I will never order from them again.
If you ever see a good review its probably from them! It's not hard to make up a comment on here and given the many unsatisfied people, would you even contemplate buying from them?
Biggest fraud of a site ever. I didn't get my order at all. They have promised to refund me but that's way overdue. I am a fool. I won't get caught again. Bugger Internet shopping. Can't trust anyone these days. I also wish I had of read the reviews. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY ROSEGAL.
No and I feel the same way as another victim here in that I'm extremely annoyed with myself for not doing my research first. I buy stuff from overseas all the time with no problem and since I clicked through and ordered from their ad on facebook I stupidly assumed they were legit. Nope, found out the hard way like so many others that they're part of a huge scanner group operating out of China under many different names. They're under investigation for cyber fraud by several different consumer protection agencies.
I don't think so I'm just annoyed at myself for not reading the reviews before I ordered.
My dresses arrived on time except one is on back order and still hasn't turned up.
The other 8 that I ordered were a joke don't look anything like the picture and the sizing is wayout. And are so see thru that even wearing s slip won't help and look like they have been sewing by amateur.
Have sent them emails but they haven't responded yet I have explained that they are not wearable need to send them back for a full refund but I don't think that will happen.
I think they need to be shut down they are making a lot of money and there are so many unsatisfied customers.

I eventually received my dress but it was not the one I ordered. It looked old and dirty and very cheaply made

Yes, though I've only ever bought accessories from them because I don't trust most online clothing retailers. I found all 4 times their jewellery to be awesome actually, postage time is average, items are same as shown on screen and good quality for the price. I was a total sceptic at first but was happy with my first order and haven't had a problem since!
Since I wrote my bad review on here, I've had emails to say 2 of my missing items have been dispatched, i think the review must have prompted it. I'm pleased that something is happening, but where is the customer service? I've not had a reply to emails still. Anyway. I have a vision of a couple of people sitting in a dirty little office trying to keep up with the workload and failing miserably. I'll probably get nothing else now, but you've got to laugh, the company is a joke!
I always give a Second chance, in my case a third. All sorts of issues with all of my reviews, from not getting items but still getting charged. No care instructions on how to wash my terrible quality dress, it melted in the wash! It is such a scam and good luck getting and reply from. These business Rosegal, Sammy dress Voguebook.co are all crooks. Make sure you do your homework before you purchase and read all the reviews. On and remember one more thing too, if the shirt that you are buying costs $5.99, what kind of sweat shop are they running. Thank god I had MasterCard fraud protection. Stop do not proceed!
I guess I am one of the few, I have recived a few things I have liked. There have been great pairs of sandles that I bought, and a few dresses, and quiet a few blouses. Most of what I bought though was all sheer material. I would agree that a lot of there stuff is crap and is very cheaply made. I never buy anything unless it has already been reviewed first.
I think sometimes rosegal actually send 'real' product to random customers so they can make few good review.
I posted that I would never buy from this website and I stand by that statement. I will, however, say that Rosegal has contacted me and is going to refund me for my purchase. In the meantime, the original item I purchased has FINALLY arrived. I'm not going to lie - the quality is CHEAP and I am so glad I was not able to give it as a gift - I would have NEVER given the item as a gift - I would have been mortified and far too embarrassed to give it as a gift and I will never wear the item. It does not look anything like the item in the photo. Too bad for Rosegal, as the items in the photos look really cute, but it's not what showed up. Caveat Emptor.
Not anyone that I could see, but I did get my money back, &-I only received one of the items I ordered(and that was garbage). I got my credit card company involved. I used PayPal. They are an irresponsible company- definitely ripping people off!

No. I'm usually very careful when I order things online but I got scammed by these people. They don't have anyway to contact them, when you want to return the item there is no way to return it. I had a response to a question on here telling me to send a photo of the item so they can see my complaint, there is no way of doing that because the order number for my order doesn't exist. The email address is a no response email and the site didn't except the order number. These crooks need to be shut down.
They are nothing but complete thief's! I have done everything with exception of hiring an attorney to destroy their asses. Unbelievable!
I most definitely am not. It took 6 weeks to get 1/2 of my order (which I had planned to wear in family photos scheduled 1 week before the item arrived) and another 6 weeks on the other item. I didn't receive my second item until after I had escalated a claim with PayPal. I received several nasty FB messages demanding that I delete the claim and comments on posts. Please don't waste your money, or anyone else's. You get much less than what you pay for. These items are garbage.

Hi Nicole. Not sure about anyone else being happy - but I would not recommend buying anything from this company - the clothes are really bad quality & terrible sizing. The clothes look great in the pictures but don't be fooled. If u wanted to buy maybe 1 or 2 items just 2 give it a go - I myself will never buy from them again. Such a bad experience. Thanks Theresa

Ok... At the risk of having everyone jump on me too, like Heather... I also really like Rosegal *cringes and holds hands up in defense* lol. Seriously, I have the same things to say as Heather. And trust me, her English is way too good to be an employee of Rosegal, and I'm sure most of you know that if you've dealt with them. Ok... So I'm not praising them to the moon and back, I've gotten a few things I wasn't happy with but in comparison to the number of things I got that I was really happy with the odds are still in my favour so I keep buying. Yes, I really take my time to look at each item carefully especially if it's clothing. I've made about 15 orders from them over the last year and a half and I actually really like lots of their stuff more than what I can buy here locally in the same price range. Im very petite though so I absolutely love the fit! Most of it is made for petite sizes and I really hope they don't change that! I like the items that they show a close up picture of it so you can see the fabric and the quality so with those I usually know what I'm getting, but I also use to work for a custom clothes making and alteration shop before so I'm not a bad judge of fabric pictures. I also always make a review on their website and I always try to include pictures because, just as Heather said: the real life reviews really affect my decision to buy. I don't know... I'm not saying you should buy or you shouldn't buy, that's up to you. But yea. Not EVERYONE has a horrible experience with this company, and I can truly understand that most people do because I've gotten some things I did not expect. But like I said the fraction of those is much smaller than the stuff I loved so... They're still in my good books :) and any of those skeptics out there who don't believe me are welcome to send me a nasty message calling me a liar and I will send you picture after of picture of the products I love! So happy online shopping all :)
RoseGal products are garbage... My daughter ordered an items almost 3 months ago and is still waiting for delivery. Fortunately I cancelled anything I ordered, tried to get my money refunded and only received about 50 percent of it cause they stated they never charged my credit card the full amounts even after I set them a photo shot of my statement proving the charges. This company is a scam!

No and I strongly advise you to keep your money. I had to threaten legal action to get them to refund my money in addition to posting my entire situation on here. When my coat arrived it was not what advertised at all. It was supposed to be the apricot coat for 18.00 and when it finally arrived I was disappointed. Luckily Nordstorms rack has a white coat for 44 with the same style. All these crooks wanted me to do is change my review on here. I have been happy with Ebay cuz they will refund your money and you can see where your package is. More importantly if the item isn't as advertised you open a case with Ebay and get your money back.
Very unhappy with the item I ordered. Not only did it take 8 weeks to arrive it was NOTHING like the picture. I hated it so much I threw it away! If you value your money don't order from Rosegal.
I still haven't received the dress I ordered in Oct. I'm mad at myself for not researching this company before ordering. I guess I'm lucky that my lesson only cost me $20. I haven't seen a single review of someone that was happy with ordering from them.

I guess people come in all types, and some people will receive disposable clothing and still think it a treasure, because it was cheap and trendy. If you don't mind static cling bargain basement polyester, mass produced factory clothing with shoddy work, unfinished seams and ill fitting items that ball up in the wash, then you'll prolly be fine.
No no no. Please don't waste your money. If someone is happy then they are one of the very very rare few. I think they send the odd random customer their item so that they can at least get1 good review. I never received my item, customer service is shocking. After months of trying to contact them I got paypal involved. They finally got an answer and was given a tracking number. Which was fake. They lie and scam your money and should be closed down. Wish I had asked the question first and read the honest reviews
Yes I have. At first, it was kind of bad because my order came in late but later all they responded toall the tickets i submitted and I even got a refund. Finally my order was a gift and the customer service was really good.
Right, did someone get my dress? I sure didn't. However I did get my money back. What a joke the site is... however you DO get what you pay for; well I didn't in this case, but I was glad I got through to get a fedund. Keep trying

No me! I decided to dispute the transaction after more than 3 months that I paid and did not receive the dress.
I guess I'm the only person who can't complain. Their clothes that I ordered are nice.
Absolutely happy. Have 2 closets filled with their clothes ( and don't anyone please be so rude to suggest I work for or get paid by Rosegal!) I am well aware of the shipping times. I know from experiance not to use the free delivery option as delivery is managed by China Post and NOT Rosegal so they can't be accountable for what China Post may or may not do. I now get tracking and a signature and have had no problems since one free delivery order that did not arrive in 2 months. I lodged a ticket and even though it is not Rosegals fault that I did not ask or pay for tracking they were generous enough to credit most of the value of the order back to my wallet ( which they are not obligated to do).
I have read ALL the terms and ordering/delivery information BEFORE ordering. I check the size charts for EACH item I order. I read the customer reviews for the items I order as they are very helpful about size and quality for that item. I iron the clothes before making judgement on a wrinkled item
( makes a big difference).
If you are looking for positive reviews I suggest you read the actual garment reviews and you will find your satisfied customers. Happy customers are less likely to have the complain fest I see here on Sitejabber ( by people who have obviously not read the clear information in the About Us section on the Rosegal site.)
Thanks to everyone that reviews their products when they get them. It actually influences my decisions and if in doubt I don't order an item if there are no reviews.
