If it's not too late, I'd cancel your order! I've read many reviews where when received, the quality leaves much to be desired. If they haven't listed it as shipped, just ask for your money back and shop American!
I will say that I may never order from them again based off my personal issue with the company. I have a co-worker that buys from them all the time an she says the only issue she has is that they sent her too many of the item she originally ordered. I am a big believer on trying things out for myself first before I pass judgment on companies. I'm not sure if this helps you any.
Well you have already paid with your credit card most likely or with a check card? If you have done that I would cancel it with the bank and get a new one to make sure your card number is not compromised. You cannot get in touch with them unless you are a magician. You may or may not receive the merchandise. Google the company and see for yourself.
When dealing with chinese stores, always make sure to buy a track number. It's the only way you can succesfully track the parcel. Personally, all my ourchases from Rosegal have arrived with no problems, so try not to worry!
