Ordered from Rosegal then found this site and i freaked out. But my clothes came in 5 days (yep - 5 days). I will agree with most of them comments that you may want to order a size up. Out of 4 dresses, one was perfect, two were tight (but still fit), and the fourth was too short but will make a cute top with jeans. I'm 4'11'' and these pieces were short so for a taller woman, you may want to be cautious of the length of the dress. Ive attached photos and obviously they need to be ironed, but other that that, I was pleasantly surprised.

Buyers beware! This so called company is a joke. Their phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails in 24 hours like they state. I've emailed them three times for instructions to return some dresses and it's been over 10 days and still no response. Fabric was cheap polyester. I'm ready to dispute the charges if possible. They should be reported to the better business bureau. Buy items from the USA only!

Can't I give it a negative star? Packaging was lets see how wrinkled this dress can arrive, shipping was s-l-o-w..., fabric... well my dress resembles more a curtain than a dress and extremely see through, item totally different than the one advertised, I have given them a review with pictures and it is not posted, instead they have come up with 4 more positive reviews, they email you back, but solves nothing, their 30 days unconditional guarantee is a joke. Bottom line it serves me well for not researching this company before buying, I learned from my mistake. Hope someone smarted than me avoid ordering from them. Clothes is cheap, but at the very least honor your advertisement of unconditional returns.

I ordered 4 items that looked attractive on-line but in reality the items looked cheap and un-wearable. To make things worst, it was impossible to return them as the customer service link, chat line and telephone line do not work. Stay away from this web-store if you do not want to waste your money, time & emotional energy!

Horrible! I placed my order the very beginning of October and after a month, they emailed me saying my order was finally shipping. After a couple more weeks, I finally receive only TWO of my items that look like some teenage girl made them for a school project! Poor quality, threads hanging everywhere and I still haven't even received my full order after a month and a half! Luckily I only spent $40 and the sizes are so small, my 12 year old daughter can fit them. Please don't waste your money or time. True scam artists.

They say that they have warehouses worldwide but they actually ship from Shenzhen, China. The only positive surprise was that my order took a little over a week to arrive. You are better off buying cotton leggings from your local shopping mall.

After being bombarded with facebook ads and emails, I decided to take a look at Rosegal. The prices seems quite reasonable so I ordered a dress and a top in min-November 2014. It is now almost February of 2015 and I have not received my merchandise. The accepted my payment within days of the order and I was aware of the stated "10-25 days" to ship. Rosegal's customer service and I have been passing comments back and forth... think we are up to almost 10 now and the in the latest one they've asked me to pay to have to package tracked. I refused and explained that the money they took from me in November was not a gift. I expected to received, in a good faith trade, goods/merchandise in return. This is how commerce works. I haven't heard back from them as of yet... think I'll get my refund? Right now it's looking like stealing to me. Never again.

This company does not provide merchandise (PPE) that has been ordered and paid for. It provides fake tracking reports to string you along for months, counting on the fact that eventually you will just give up on trying to get the merchandise or your money back. Seems to be a total scam.

Do not be fooled. They are there to take your money and run. I ended up giving the items away to s p me one who could fit into them. Stay away from this company

Got my order today, took an expedited shipping so got it on hand a week later. I am very disappointed. Spent more than 200 dollars for cheap clothing, not included the duties and taxes. White dress has stain and the sweatshirt is torn. I was so disappointed. The clothes are not the same in the pictures and the workmanship are like those you found in dollar store.

This company is a scam! They don't update the availability of products on their website and don't communicate with you. I tried calling the *******188 and my cell phones caller ID says it belongs to a company called Nice Touch Massage! I emailed their customer service and they said I didn't call during their business hours... because the time of day I call is going to change where to call to going to? They told me to try calling at night and that one of the items I ordered was actually out of stock. I don't do business with crappy companies like this, so I requested my entire order be refunded and now they get to tie up my money for however long they want and they can just blame it on slow bank processing. Don't bother with this company!

I ordered 4 items from Rosegal, and they arrived today. The resemblance to the online images was vague at best and they were all made from very cheap printed fabric. The clothes are cute, in the images, but in real life I would never even wear what I purchased. I do not recommend buying anything from Rosegal, no matter how cute it looks. Shocking, nothing like the photo and as with previous reviews, would fit a size zero. Material is shocking. Ordered what appeared to be wool coat, actually was like a rain mac. I want to return but fear it will cost me a small fortune to return to china!

After 7 days my order still read 'still processing'. Tried to submit an e-mail request - have not received the promised answer within 24 hours. Live chat never seems available and their phone lines in the US and the UK are never available! Starting to think using this company was a real mistake, should I checked the other reviews before - you need better customer service than that to do business in the US! I will never buy again! Ordered 2 swim suits in the size I've been wearing for years and when I finally received them, they were both way, way too small. Also, took about 8 weeks to get and everything was smashed into one small packaging bag. Very disappointed.

This is a scam. Credit card processed in the UK. Contact phone in Syracuse NY. Saying the goods are shipped from China, with Swiss Post. None of this makes sense and although I keep getting emails that someone will let me know what is happening, they don't.
One star because my items actually came. No more, because I ordered an XL coat--usually I'm a M-L--and my friend size 8 can barely squeeze it on. Just don't do it, unless you have the build of a mosquito. (p.s. Also took about a month to come, "ticket" customer service online is hard to follow, and partial refund only.)

Similarly to many of the other reviews, I ordered three items and was shocked at the overall quality and sizing issues despite ordering two sizes up. All attempts to request an authorization to return are met with inconsistent answers. I can ship it back but it will cost too much. They can issue a partial refund but can't tell me how much until I give them detailed information as to why I'm dissatisfied including photos. Their customer service is appalling!
