So, this is the issue. I have shipping insurance and a tracking number. I don't expect the item today as the USPS says it will come in, but I expect it before Christmas... The biggest issue, however, is that my package from them has been in Chicago, IL, one state away, since Monday, November 30,2015. I do not expect the package until the 15th of December as their site says, but has anyone else had this issue of their package ALMOST being to their house, and then just not showing up?

I received my package fairly quickly but was so dissapointed with the dress. It was no wear near the quality pictured. You should contact UPS and ask about it. Being christmas it could take longer than expected. I hope you are not dissapoinred with what you receive. Please let me know how you go

Hi I recieved my dresses very promptly. One is in back order to find out when it's coming but have tried to contact them twice now but keep getting the same automated message. Can't seem to get them to understand my question
The dresses I ordered are know where the quality of the picture and the sizing is wayout they are just so cheaply made and cheap fabric.
